I’ve had a great experience living here for the past year and planning to renew my lease. The team is wonderful—especially Zarifa and Micheal, who are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. Maintenance and communication have been smooth with no issues during my stay. I really enjoy the amenities, and the all-season pool is definitely a highlight! Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I’d happily recommend it to others.

Thankful for the Radiant Staff - The kindness and constant support of Michael and Zarifa in the front! Im am also thankful for the maintenance team Tony and Raymond and their quick response to any issues. Always being helpful and knowing they are doing their absolute best always. Also Thankful for Veronica and Lindsay as they manage the building and care for the residents with the utmost support. Thankful for the community and events that have allowed for so many connections!

Living at The Radiant Apartments has been an all-around positive experience, and a big part of that is because of the amazing staff who help make this community feel safe, welcoming, and well cared for. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Raymond, one of the best maintenance on the premises. He’s consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in keeping the building safe. His presence brings a lot of peace of mind. Also, huge appreciation for Miss Z and Michael at the downstairs concierge desk. They’re always there with a smile, extremely friendly, and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. (especially when it comes to the struggles I’ve had with deliveries And packages). Their energy makes coming home feel warm and personal every time. Overall, The Radiant Apartments lives up to its name—great environment, great staff, and great service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place that truly values its residents. Plus, you can’t beat the views the photos in this reviewer for my apartment, but every friend that I’ve made that lives in this building has an amazing view.

I've been living at Radiant for soon approaching 3 years now and I have absolutely loved my time here! Everything from the initial tour to how they've handled building maintenance (common areas are always clean & reset, pools & hot tub are always heated and clean, fire pits and grills are ready for use, etc.!), my individual unit maintenance (have had MANY requests serviced within 24 hours), and even small emergencies that have happened throughout the years (building management has gone above and beyond to mitigate & correct anything going) has consistently kept me renewing my lease again and again. I specifically want to shout out Raymond, my fav. member of the maintenance team, who has always responded to requests within the day and has been here since I moved in. It's nice to see a friendly & consistent face around and to know that everything will be kept in tip-top shape! Michael has also been amazing! He's helped me find packages that got lost in the package lockers, and even texted me when I was out of town for a couple of weeks to ask if I'd like a package of mine stored in the back room for safe keeping. Always above and beyond service from the staff here. It's a really bright and cozy complex, the apartment life coordinators are always doing fun events that make the community feel more welcoming, and most importantly, I have always always felt safe here. Definitely recommend!

Lindsay and her team make living at Radiant feel like staying in a luxury hotel with better views and friendlier service. Their professionalism and warmth create a welcoming atmosphere that really stands out. A big shoutout to Zafira and Veronica. They respond quickly, keep everything running smoothly, and approach every request with genuine care that makes the building feel like home. If you want a property team that is efficient, kind, and consistently dependable, Lindsay and her team are the best. Highly recommend!!!!
