Overall, Art District Flats is a nice place to live. It is one of the most affordable places that is walking distance to the Auraria Campus without many of the deficits that often come with cheaper places. The highlight of living here is the incredibly kind and helpful office manager, Ollie. There have been several unanticipated issues that came up around the time of my move-in that he was able to efficiently navigate and resolve. Some of the deficits include limited sound-proofing between floors and from the hallway, some dogs relieve themselves in common spaces (like hallways and elevators), and limited parking availability

My partner and I were a little skeptical of this place at first because it was the first apartment tour we went on. Turns out it is as good as it seems. We are several months into living at the Art District Flats and I can honestly say we love it! Here are some things we love: The staff is amazing here! Brian (building manager I believe) actually cares about the residents and was very honest about everything that we needed to know when we were moving in. He really made our move-in choice easy! Chris (maintenance manager I believe) is by far one of the friendliest people alive and we appreciate how on top of everything he is! Even the crew that does weekly cleaning in the common areas says "Hello" to us when we see them. Thanks for making it feel like home y'all! The building is fantastic: Everything works, the location is perfect, and the view is epic (check out the roof pics)

Ale did a wonderful job with a swift move in date in the middle of the Christmas holidays and had transparent details and any answers I needed. Jacob went above and beyond on Christmas Eve helping adjust my move in plans on the fly with zero issues. Everything went smoothly. Everyone living in the community that I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the location and apartment. Cleanliness was top notch 👌

pretty good. pros- it’s quiet most of the time. i didn’t have any issues with my neighbors and a couple of them were friendly. i felt like i had a lot of privacy. it was super easy and fast to get moved in which was great for me because i was in a bind. it’s kept pretty clean. cons- the building probably needs better security because there’s a lot of drug addicts in the neighborhood and i’ve had to circle the block to not let anyone in. it’s next to impossible to get any help outside of business hours. the front door fob was broken for hours and since there’s no other way in, people were trapped outside until someone let us in. people called the emergency maintenance line and it still took forever. plus the person who picked up the phone was being kind of rude to the man who called. also this isn’t their fault necessarily but the dogs in the building are kind of a nuisance. some of them are loud and territorial and sometimes there’s poop and pee in the elevators and lobby. the entrance to the building smells foul because of all the dog pee. they might benefit from some restrictions on dogs because some dogs just do not do well in an apartment buildings like this one.

Alejandro was such great help figuring out all the paperwork, he made my move so much easier! So glad i found this apartment!
