Amli Uptown is one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The staff is outstanding across the board — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The leasing team is responsive and transparent, making everything easy from start to finish. Maintenance is fast and reliable, always following up to be sure things are done right. Everyone you meet — from the front desk to the service crew — takes real pride in the place. They know residents by name and keep everything running smoothly. I loved living at AMLI Uptown! I am only leaving because I am moving into my partner's house, but otherwise I probably would have renewed my lease for years to come. The front office is super responsive and friendly. They are also very communicative with happenings around the building. The management puts in a lot of effort to create community with lots of monthly events ranging from yoga to wine nights. I did not need maintenance in my time there, but I did encounter the groundskeeper a few times at the dog park, and he was very friendly. I did have one negative encounter at the dog park and it was handled quickly by the staff. I must also mention since this is typically a concern with apartment living - I never heard a peep through my walls. I could have had quiet neighbors, but I never even heard the person above me walking around or moving at all. Overall, I think this is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The property was generally always clean and I loved having security roaming around at all times.

I had a great experience touring the AMLI apartment buildings last week as a walk-in. The staff was welcoming and helpful, Sam in particular was wonderful to work with. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer my questions and walk me through different options without any pressure. The experience felt warm and genuine, which I really appreciated. I’m currently looking for a July move-in and plan to return as my timeline gets closer. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend touring!

We’ve lived here for just a few months, but we are loving it so far! The front desk and maintenance people are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond - Spencer on the maintenance team even mounted our TV and put in our decorative lighting for us! Our apartment is spacious and has a big balcony, and we pay less than we would have at similar apartments (not to mention the walkability). I think we’ll be here until it’s time to buy a house!

Staff (including the leasing office and maintenance) are very responsive and courteous. In particular, Sam was helpful in helping figure out if a package was delivered by going through the entire package room. Angie has also answered my questions on multiple occasions, and I've interacted positively with other leasing office staff members. Maintenance seem to have resolved issues with my unit within a business day on several occasions, even on repeat problems. Each of the maintenance staff members I've encountered are extremely professional. The personnel at the Uptown Denver property make the experience streamlined and pleasant.
