This property has gone through multiple management changes, and the current management, Air Communities, has been the least favorable. Things seemed promising, but issues have continued. Trash often piles up in hallways, and there are regular problems with dog urine and feces in common areas. Valet trash is hit or miss. Management feels disorganized, especially around documentation and follow-through. Since the transition, residents are expected to re-provide information that management should already have, and the overall community vibe has gone downhill. Packages are another headache. There’s an extra charge, often not clearly explained, and deliveries are frequently delayed or misplaced. Noise issues are common. Rebecca and the maintenance and cleaning staff have been great and friendly but they were part of previous management, not Air Communities.

I’ve only been living here for a month, but I want to give it a one-star rating; I asked ten times before moving in and was told it would be a quiet environment, yet people listen to music and talk extremely loudly by the pool. If you’re planning to move here and your apartment faces the pool, forget about going to sleep early, people will be incredibly loud, and the building management won't do anything about it. Don't be surprised if you come across dog urine in the elevator, because the people here are disrespectful and don't care; I have frequently encountered people letting their dogs pee in the building or seen dog urine inside. If there is any improvement in the apartment building, I will change the 1-star rating, but for now, it only deserves 1 star.

Maintenance staff is great overall, building is nice, neighbors are not favorable. there are a lot of hidden fees. Expect to pay about $200–$300 more per month than what you’re originally quoted. Hallways often have trash piled up, and I’ve seen dog feces on occasion. There are also extra fees for packages, which is frustrating since deliveries don’t always make it to you. Valet trash is also mandatory- expect to see the halls lined with trash all weekend and smell awful. Management has been the biggest issue. There’s frequent turnover, and during my move-out there was yet another change. Air Communities had just taken over and didn’t handle paperwork well at all. I’ve never seen a new management company come in this disorganized or unprepared with documentation, and the move-out experience across their “air communities management” is honestly terrible, keep all of your documentation with this management.

Carl made the touring experience great he was professional, friendly, and informative while advising which available unit would truly work for me. He was a huge factor in creating a positive first impression of 20th st station apartments and what drove my decision to apply. Him, Rebecca, Mikayla, and Taylor answered all of my follow up questions and helped me through application process. They went the extra mile to ensure my lease/concessions were aligned with our discussions. Due to other apartments I’ve lived at not honoring advertised concessions in the past or it being an absolute battle- I was a complete pest about this, and they handled it gracefully and professionally. They even called me down for my gift card concession (there was an error during the application stage that made it difficult to get this concession, but they made it happen) and made receiving it a fun exciting experience! My first week living here I called in a maintenance request to get my fridge water filter replaced and Rebecca called me back within the hour. Maintenance arrived shortly after, and was in and out quickly. They were pleasant and quick. So far everything has been great and the leasing/office staff is awesome. Huge shout out to Carl, Rebecca, Makayla, and Taylor for taking care of me!

Before air communities took over I would’ve given this place 3/4 star however they are horrible management. They take forever to respond. We are being charged for valet trash when it does not come around last case being last night (5/7). I have a ring doorbell and saw that no one attempted to pick up trash. The hallways are being littered with trash but I assume that’s because no one is actually picking it up. There’s no actual management downstairs in the lobby it is basically a ghost town. The units themselves are really nice but I would only stay here if you don’t care about management. I am also hearing multiple complaints about security deposits so I will have to see how that process goes when I move out. TLDR: I would rent elsewhere if you can find a similar price point.
