I have lived in my apartment at 1000 Speer for three and a half years, and it has been a consistently great experience. The staff has always been quick to listen and take action. They are incredibly responsive to maintenance requests. I love having a friendly and helpful concierge at the front desk. The addition of security this year has made the community feel even safer. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. I truly enjoy living here!

My wife and I have lived at 1000 Speer by Windsor for 10 years since selling our home in Golden CO. This is a beautiful well-maintained building with excellent on-site concierge, sales staff, maintenance staff and property manager. In particular I wish to compliment Kevin today, for his work ethic, friendly personality and maintenance expertise. He has always been very helpful.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I have absolutely loved my time here at 1000 Speer. Paige and the entire team are incredibly responsive and friendly, maintenance has been very quick to resolve any issues, and the amenities/common areas are always well maintained/clean. Huge perks here with the heated pool, golf sim, and unblocked mountain views. Ideal location for downtown, food, or hopping on I-25 or 6.

We have been living at 1000 Speer for over 5 years now and have really enjoy our time here. The leasing office has always been great to work with. Paige has made renewing our lease simple and stress free, and the previous managers we worked with over the years set that same tone. It has always felt easy to communicate and get things handled without hassle. Devon and Kevin on the maintenance team have been outstanding. They are quick to respond, thorough with their work, and genuinely care about fixing issues the right way. The concierge team is another highlight of this building. Chase and Lisa have been here since we first moved in, which says a lot, and they always been reliable, friendly, and on top of everything from packages to building support. Highly recommend living here, you will get great views from your apartment, friendly neighbors and a great neighborhood to live in.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Lisa, the concierge at my apartment building. She consistently goes above and beyond to help residents, and her professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude truly make a difference every day. Lisa is always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. No matter how busy things get, she handles everything with grace, patience, and a positive attitude. She makes residents feel valued and respected, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in her work. What stands out most is her willingness to go out of her way to help whenever needed. Whether it’s assisting with deliveries, answering questions, helping solve problems, or simply greeting everyone with a smile, Lisa brings an exceptional level of service and professionalism that is rare to find. She is a tremendous asset to this building and helps create a friendly, comfortable, and well-run environment for all residents. We are very fortunate to have her, and her hard work and dedication absolutely deserve recognition.
