I have been a resident at the George for three years now and before the new property manager Bahman started at this building everything was great until he took over as the manager it has been quite frustrating and disappointing let’s start with him having ticket enforcers towing my car and other tenants car off the property yes there a white loading zone but where do you expect we park when you have us waiting to get a parking spot in the garage when we been waiting on the parking spot waiting list for 3 years!!! Especially since I moved in and live here before property management started here! It is infuriating that he does this with parking yet have the city tow our vehicle when we have no where to park or need to load and unload things, there are cars that were parked in front with no one in them and parked all day and night yet he continues to tow me and another tenant’s vehicle I consider this as harassment and abuse alienating some of us tenants that he dislike by towing our car and yet Allowing other tenants (his favorite) to park freely without issues. He also has the maintenance man place the dumpsters along the front of building on white loading zone and at night the homeless people and drugs addicts come swarming to the front of the building camping there and dumpster diving in front of the building with all The trash thrown out in front of the property Bahman thinks it okay to continue with this abuse of his title and abuse on us tenants here and seems like he all in for himself l! don’t say I didn’t warn ya! He only nice when you move in once you’re in as a tenant he definitely doesn’t care anymore. *** see photos of cars parked on white loading zone in front of building with no one in them. I have been moving into the George from out of town and have had nothing but positive things to say about the leasing staff. I worked mainly with Luis, one of the leasing managers. I will admit, I have been one of those people who had to ask frequent questions. Despite the irritation of my need for constant guidance, Luis was stellar. Very happy to be a resident at the George!

3 years in, and the building is just as beautiful as day 1. Happy to have the opportunity to try a different unit this year and make it just as special! My partner Jesse and I couldn't have done it without all the help and accommodations from the front office. Parris and Bree, we appreciate you both so much for always making time for us and our 2 pups! And most of all, for making The George feel like home... Thank you for that!

Luis gave a comprehensive tour of the available units and building amenities. Pleasant team at the George apartments, especially general manager Bahman who constantly kept us updated on the availability of our specific housing request. Appreciate his help throughout the leasing process.

I haven't toured the property yet, so I can't speak to the building itself — but my experience with leasing agent Lisa Moorehead-Carr was disappointing. I called with a few simple questions and was met with an aggressive and hostile tone throughout the conversation. Not the kind of first impression that makes you want to move forward. Management should be aware of how prospective residents are being treated over the phone.
