I’m just visiting my friend for a few days, but I really like it here. The concierge was friendly and professional - I was a bit thrown off at first because the concierge wanted to make sure I was on the guest list, but then I realized that this is SF, and building security is important!

Easy move in, very helpful staff and apartments have plenty of space. Gym on site is also very convenient, though it does cost a little extra (45/month for residents). Overall, would recommend!

We love it here!! Packages are safe, neighborhood is safe, clean and nice. Heater working perfectly, building is clean, neighbors are respectful, people who work in the building are nice and friendly, like John from maintenance, or Hassani, Vincent, the manager, Mike. Mike does a great job managing the building. If you need anything they are willing to help you and make sure everything is working good. The views from the building are SO nice. Maintenance is so fast to come and fix your stuff. Parking was assigned right away, no waitlist. Laundry room is clean and no issues with it. Best building in SF, we love it!!

We lived in the building for almost 10 years. We felt sad to leave when we moved to a small town because we had a pleasant experience living there. Front desk staff are super friendly and hardworking. They were like my family. The two engineers work hard to keep the building facilities running smoothly. When the power went out, we had backup power for the two two elevators. The building is well managed. The management office are quite organized giving notices for upcoming repairs, glass cleaning, etc., Some rules may seem strict on the surface, but I think they are necessary to ensure the apartment building operates efficiently. There are several hundred rental units in the building. This is one of the few places with a pet friendly policy. We were turned down by many places before we found them. Our dog was valued and cared for by everybody including the mgt team. We had had a great view!

We moved in here about a year ago, so I have waited to review the place until I had lived here for a bit. Thus far, our experience has been nothing but lovely. We did not initially intend of moving here, but last minute decided to walk to the building be we “had a feeling”. Both Sam and Michael are great to communicate with in regards to housing needs. My partner and I came in on a whim for a tour and Michael was beyond accommodating. He provided us with transparent information, a tour that allowed us to see units that allowed us to make a decision that fit within our budget, and gave us an immediate reassurance that the place has a great sense of community. We moved in prior to going on a trip, and that’s when we met Sam, who provided our keys. Sam welcomed us and ensured we were all set on the first day, well prepared which, again, gave us an assured feel. With that, come all of the staff that work at the building. Ed, Lupe, Juanita, who do numerous tasks to carefully check that the building is always in fine, working order. And the lovely door people, Hassani always making sure you have a happy thought on your way out of the building, or a smiling face when you’re returning back from time away. The other door people are also great, they take the time to remember when there is a package for you, even late at night opening the door when I forget my keys (which happens a lot). They take safety seriously at the building, and they let residents know far in advance about any work that needs to be done in the building. Maintenance is also done quickly. I wish I could personally thanks every staff members’ name and thank them for their work! Y’all are great! Mil gracias por todo 💜
