Excellent amenities , covered indoor parking, beautiful roof tops, very safe property with keyed access to all areas. Good value for rent also. Paul and Kevin provide excellent customer service . Apart from incompetent managers like Claire, this is a good apartment complex especially for San Francisco. I hope they have fixed their indoor gym air conditioning and other plumbing leaks. The indoors gym is a huge amenity and also the indoor dog wash. Hopefully they have fixed the ac in the gym which was down for 2 months

Beware — this “luxury” apartment is severely misleading. The building has a serious structural ceiling issue. You can hear every tiny movement from the upstairs unit — even light footsteps or minor shifting are clearly audible. Even worse, there’s unbearable wood creaking sound nonstop. This is not normal apartment noise; it feels like there is no proper sound insulation at all. This constant noise directly affects sleep and mental health, making it extremely difficult to rest or live normally in the unit. During my stay here, the noise affects my sleep until 3-4am on many days. The building has sent inspectors to the unit, who confirmed that the ceiling has structural issues, yet no effective repair or solution has followed. I reported this problem to the management team four months ago with multiple recordings. Since then, despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been fixed, and no concrete plan or timeline has ever been provided. Labeling this property as “luxury” is extremely misleading. Between the poor construction quality and the complete lack of accountability from management, the living experience is far below what is advertised or priced. I strongly advise prospective tenants to think twice before signing a lease here.

Angelene was super helpful and thorough with our tour. She has been the best leasing agent that I have came across so far in San Francisco. Super professional and answered every single question we had. She definitely makes moving here more desirable!

Latest update on our luxury living(November 19th) - I’ve been dealing with a clogged sink for almost a week, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The sink stopped working over the weekend while I had friends over, and I was left with piles of dishes sitting in standing water. I went to the office every day to ask for help, but I kept getting told there was no one available to fix it. No follow-up, no updates. The smell became unbearable, and after 4–5 days of not being able to cook, clean, or use the kitchen at all, I ended up cleaning and unclogging the sink myself. This shouldn’t be happening, and basic maintenance shouldn’t take nearly a week with no response. Really disappointed with the lack of urgency and support. Update - It’s been a month since my review, and the garage door is still not working. As an engineer, I understand what it takes to fix this and how long it should reasonably take. If security is truly a priority, this should have been addressed by now. And Thank you Calre for the comment. I think somebody was supposed to contact me back from Hanover to sort this issue after meeting and requesting you 4-5 times in person. Unsafe Parking, Unresponsive Staff – Not Worth the Cost I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with how this apartment complex is being managed, especially when it comes to resident safety and communication. I pay almost $400 a month for parking, which is supposed to be “secure.” But for over three weeks, the garage door has been completely removed, leaving the entire parking area open to anyone. Unsurprisingly, there was a theft in the garage from my car of valuable more than $2000—and unfortunately, this could have been completely avoided. To make matters worse, there are no working security cameras, and the staff seem totally indifferent to the situation. Instead of taking accountability or even showing urgency, they act like it’s the residents’ job to chase them down for answers. You have to email them two or three times just to get a basic response, if you get one at all. When something this serious happens, you expect management to step up. Instead, they’re passive, unhelpful, and seem more interested in deflecting responsibility than solving problems. It’s extremely frustrating to be paying a premium for parking, only to feel completely unprotected and ignored. If you’re considering moving here, seriously reconsider—especially if you own a vehicle or care about security. The lack of safety, communication, and accountability is shocking for what they charge.

I rarely post reviews but these guys are exceptionally terrible. TL;DR: never seen a more incompetent management, stay AWAY. December > Tour an apartment that was just listed > Paul gives me a tour of everything EXCEPT the unit (tenant not moved out yet) > fine by me — I ask a bunch of questions – where exactly is the unit? – does it have frosted glass for privacy? (1st floor) – how tall are the ceilings? – how is the natural light? > Paul reassures me everything is exactly what I’m looking for: tall ceilings, frosted glass, good front-facing location, solid natural light > great — I apply on the spot January > stop by to finally see the actual unit before I actually move (tenant moved out) > EVERYTHING about the unit is wrong > ceilings way lower than standard > windows have zero privacy > very little natural light > immediately ask to cancel lease and refund deposit > told they need to talk to manager, will get back to me—no response > call the number > “we’re the offshore team but we’ll leave a message” > I wait a couple days, no response > call ~10 more times—same script every time > physically show up to demand cancellation > told “manager will be in Monday, you’ll hear from us” > …no response > threaten legal action > finally get: “okay yes we’ll refund you” > this alone takes a couple weeks February > now over a month since refund was agreed > call again—same offshore loop, but I leave another message > finally get email confirmation of refund > wait 2 weeks — no check > follow up > they FORGOT to send it. Crazy incompetent but I just want it to be over > wait another week. Nothing. Reach out again. > they sent it to the WRONG address > have to escalate again just to fix it > Finally get my check after 2+months of chasing incessantly Insane behavior. Never experienced management this disorganized and unresponsive. Honestly impressive how bad they are.
