I’ve spent several wonderful years at The Civic, largely thanks to the exceptional team that makes this community such a premier place to live. The property is impeccably managed and always clean. In all my time here, I’ve never seen the grounds unkept or lost a single package. In a world where you often feel like a number, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel truly at home. They genuinely care about resident happiness. A huge thank you to Adnan, Tanya, Clayton, Rabi, Karen and Gloria for everything you do!

It is a pleasure to be a resident in this residential complex. The service is always helpful and friendly. The facility is generally clean all the time. The advantage of this building is that it is the most adjacent apartment complex to the town hall and the Civic Center - therefore, the view from the well maintained shared rooftop is truly spectacular, since it is not blocked by any bigger building and one does not feel claustrophobic. The location is strongly convenient for both musicians (sfcm, symphony, opera, ballet) and tech people (twitter, dolby, uber). I would especially like to point out the work of one of the night-shift security guys, who is heartily attentive to everything that happens around him. When something suspicious is happening right outside of the entrance door, he immediately solves the situation, etc. Very happy to see him around.

It's a solid place to live, I enjoyed the automated locker room and maintenance is responsive, BUT: - They tried to jack up my effective rent by $1000 after a year (I'M OUT) - Parking there is a huge PITA. Your car has to go on a stacker, and even though there are unused spaces next to the elevator, you can't use them to unload your car. So every time you unload, you have to park outside and go through 4 doors + stairs to get to the elevator, or park inside and carry your stuff 100ft and wait for the stacker each time (took me 90 minutes to unload my ikea haul)

What truly made my time at The Civic special was the incredible team. Tanya was the first person I met—her warmth and welcoming personality instantly sold me on the place. She always listened and did her best to help throughout my stay. Clayton has been just as supportive—genuinely kind and always ready to assist. You can’t fake that kind of care. Gloria, who keeps the building spotless, is a joy to see every day—always cheerful and hardworking. And Rabi, the security guard, brings calm, respectful energy to the building and does his job with joy and professionalism. These people are the heart of The Civic. I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have them

I’m grateful to the team at Civic for making move-in experience smooth and welcoming. Tanya and Clayton were very welcoming and helped make everything comfortable, and everyone in the office is friendly and supportive.
