If you’re going to live in San Francisco, PRISM is the place to be! We spent two and a half years there and had a truly special experience, living comfortably without any inconvenience. I had a lovely 14 month stay at Prism and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well managed place to live. The leasing team was super helpful from the start, making the move in process easy, and they were always friendly and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Concierge is the best, they’re all so personable, positive, + helpful. Very dog friendly building. My pup was always welcome, and the rooftop dog park was a huge bonus. Even though my apartment overlooked Market Street, it was surprisingly quiet! I also always felt safe here. The front desk and security team were present and professional, and having controlled access to the building gave me peace of mind. Maintenance was also great, any issues were handled quickly, and the building was always kept clean and in good shape. Most maintenance requests were completed the same day. The package delivery service has been a life saver! The only reason I’m moving is because of my commute, but if things ever change, I’d be happy to come back. It’s a great place to live, with solid management and a convenient location. If you’re looking for a safe, pet friendly, and well run apartment, Prism is definitely worth considering. All the leasing + concierge staff are very friendly + helpful. TeAughna, Brooke, Andrew, Paige, + Kiran just to name a few!

This review is specifically for the management and concierge staff of Prism, who are by far the kindest and most responsive team I have ever interacted with. Every request we had they immediately responded to, and they were consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant resident experience. Special shoutout to Kiran and TeAughna who were always so kind. I really am in awe that building management can be so kind, it is so rare in San Francisco!

The team at Prism are all amazing (front desk, maintenance, security); some of the best building management I’ve ever had. That said, special shoutout to the handymen Ernesto & Chris and Chay & Ashwan at the front desk - all of whom went above and beyond during an emergency when my partner and I were thousands of miles away. They kept us proactively apprised minute to minute, and took care of our cat - who is not the easiest to manage (he’s misunderstood). Really couldn’t imagine what would’ve happened without them.

Absolutely terrible and incompetent. Their clearly broken AI virtual leasing assistant only repeats back what you say but does nothing to help. If you ask for a human it will agree to the request but do absolutely nothing. Any company that deploys an AI system like this deserves to crash and burn.
