We have lived in this building for the past two years, and until recently our experience had been positive. Unfortunately, the way our lease renewal was handled has been extremely disappointing. Several weeks before our lease expired, we contacted management and requested to see other available units in the building before deciding whether to renew. We were told that someone would be assigned to help us with this process. However, despite assuring us that someone would assist us and provide information on available units, we never received any details about available apartments in the building. What is even more concerning is that management never sent us a renewal lease agreement for our current apartment. While we were waiting for the promised follow-up, our lease expired. Now we are being charged additional month-to-month fees, even though the situation resulted entirely from management’s failure to communicate and complete the process they had initiated. As long-term residents who acted proactively and did everything we were supposed to do, we find this treatment unfair and highly unprofessional. We requested information about available units well before our lease expired and repeatedly followed up, yet management failed to provide the promised information or send us a renewal agreement. It is unacceptable that tenants are now being charged additional fees as a result of management’s lack of communication and failure to follow through on its commitments. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this building to others.

buckle up Pros: i've lived here for a month and let me tell you this is not like the other buildings in San Francisco. There are a lot of small details that have been carefully thought through here that improve the scale of housing in this building significantly improving the quality of life. Some of these enhancements give employee jobs so there is a direct cost associated to it so that will either come from paying a little more in rent or paying for a fee when you use that service, but if you're comfortable or able to do this let me tell you it is a game changer. I don't worry about people walking around the parking garage that aren't supposed to be there, my packages don't get stolen, when there's an elevator down, there are a few others so yes it's a little slower but it's not like the only other elevator is down, there is 24/7 somebody at the front desk, deliveries have to be granted access to bring it to your door there is no random roaming, the rooftops are gorgeous, the dog run is on the 11th floor so you don't have to go all the way down to the street to let your puppy out at the end of the night or first in the morning, there's parking for a motorcycle in addition to just a car, IN. UNIT. LAUNDRY!, cavernous ceilings, everybody here is wonderful. I worked with Alison and she was absolutely amazing in helping me get moved into my new home and get everything set up and understand how the building works. Every member of the staff I encounter is very friendly and courteous and helpful, and my request would be please be respectful to them they are people and this is their job. I have a large Labrador and he absolutely loves this building. even disposing of the boxes when I was moving was easy. this place is amazing. Cons: OK so you have to give at least one con, if you're living on the 30th floor in your all glass apartment and get a full day of sunshine it can get a little warm. I live on the 14th floor so I get a nice break from a tower and then more sun in the evening, opening the window provides more than enough air to keep the apartment cool but if you're sensitive to temperature think about what floor you want your unit on because there may be something better than the tip top floor that gets sun all day and might be a little warmer. if I was on the 30th floor I imagine I would be trying to figure out an air-conditioning solution. TLDR: Im never moving again

On 12/20/2025 and 12/21/2025, our building experienced a power outage. During the outage, there were no functioning emergency lights anywhere in the building, and water service was unavailable for over 24 hours. This created a serious safety concern, especially for residents who needed to use stairwells or access basic necessities. I attempted to contact the leasing office/property management during the outage but received no response. I’m posting this so future residents are aware and in hopes that management improves emergency preparedness and communication going forward. Update (12/21/2025): Emergency lighting, elevator service, and water have since been restored. I appreciate that these critical systems are now operational. That said, the prolonged outage and lack of emergency lighting for an extended period — particularly in a high-rise — was concerning from a safety standpoint. I hope management uses this experience to improve emergency preparedness and communication going forward. Update – March 2026: Residents should also be aware that the building uses mandatory valet parking for garage access. Video footage related to incidents is not immediately accessible to residents and may require management or insurance review. Prospective residents who rely on their vehicles may want to familiarize themselves with the building’s valet parking procedures and incident reporting process before parking in the garage.

The front desk's stated position on a noise complaint: if it is not currently quiet hours, no action will be taken. That sentence, taken at face value, is the entire problem. A resident here practices vocal performance inside their unit at projection-level volume, the kind designed for a concert hall. The sound carries well past the immediately adjacent units. More than one neighbor, before learning what it actually was, mistook it for someone in distress. This is not a marginal noise call. I reported it. One of the front desk member declined to engage on the sole grounds that it was not currently "quiet hours." No complaint log. No contact with the resident. No escalation. The matter was treated as if no policy could apply. Consider what that position actually entails. Every functioning residential noise framework distinguishes between two standards: a baseline standard of reasonable use, which applies 24/7, and quiet hours, which apply *additionally* during designated overnight windows. Quiet hours are a stricter overlay on the baseline, not a substitute for it. If "not quiet hours" is treated as a sufficient reason to deny a complaint, then the baseline standard does not exist in practice. The building is operating with one standard, enforced for roughly eight overnight hours, and no enforceable standard for the remaining sixteen. That is logically untenable, and it produces an absurd outcome: the noise tolerance during the day when residents are working from home, on calls, or sleeping on opposite shifts, is lower than the tolerance at night. Inverted. Two questions worth asking before you sign a lease here: (1) What baseline noise standard does the lease actually impose? (2) Under what circumstances will the front desk enforce it outside of quiet hours? If you cannot get a clear answer to either, you already have your answer. Adjust your offer, or your address, accordingly.

Breanna was a fantastic leasing agent and communicated really well. I have had a few plumbing issues and they have been resolved within 5 hours. Gym is great but the swimming pool is kinda cold. So far I have had a good experience living here other than the swimming pool temperature being cold.
