Concierge Tracy recieve a 5 star for her politeness, helpfulness, and cheerful smile. As I entered the building I notice that my phone was dead. I asked Tracy could she call my friend down, with no hesitation she ask for my friend information; I handed Tracy my friends info on a piece of paper (she even gave me a compliment on my penmanship)...lol Tracy was very professional. Thank you Tracy for your great customer service, without your assistance my evening would have been a stressful one. My friend and I had a great dinner by the way. Tracy your Awesome⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I have lived at Avalon Mission Bay on two separate occasions dating back to 2016, and we wanted to recognize two people who have made a huge impact on our experience here: Luz and Tanika. Luz is one of the biggest reasons Avalon Mission Bay has always felt like home. When we first lived here, she worked the evening shift and became a familiar part of our daily routine. She always greeted us with a smile, knew who we were, and often had our packages ready before we even asked. She was always helpful with guest parking, the loading dock, and making sure residents were taken care of. What really stands out is what happened after we moved away for six years. When we came back to tour Avalon Mission Bay, Luz immediately recognized us. Not only did she remember us, but she even remembered our dog who has since passed away. We were genuinely touched, and that moment played a big role in our decision to move back. It reminded us how special this community can be and how much of that comes from people like Luz. We also want to recognize Tanika, who has been equally wonderful. She has an incredible ability to remember the little things. She remembered when our baby shower was coming up, knew my wife's pregnancy was nearing the finish line, and checked in on our family after our son was born. When our dog Charlie had eye surgery, she noticed right away and would periodically ask how he was doing during his recovery. Tanika is also incredibly proactive. She often catches packages left in the mail room before we do, brings them to the front desk, and lets us know they've arrived. She's always helpful with guests, deliveries, and day-to-day questions. One time someone parked in our assigned parking space, and she immediately found us a temporary spot and got everything sorted out with no hassle. Most importantly, both Luz and Tanika genuinely care about the residents. They make Avalon Mission Bay feel welcoming, safe, and personal. They go far beyond the job description, and our family is grateful for everything they have done for us over the years. Avalon is lucky to have them. Thank you Luz and Tanika!

I frequently visit a family member who lives at Avalon Mission Bay Apartments, and every time I come by, I’m impressed with how well the property is run. The community is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. One person who really stands out is Tracy. She is the ultimate professional—always helpful, attentive, and incredibly kind. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile and makes visitors feel just as welcome as the residents. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people in the community and takes pride in her work. Employees like Tracy make a big difference in the overall experience at Avalon Mission Bay. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly represent the community well!

A huge thank you to Rows Cordova for making our move to Avalon so seamless! Rows has been helpful since day one, keeping us updated on 2-bedroom availability in Mission Bay and guiding us through the entire process. She is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, but more importantly, she fought to get us a lease agreement that worked for our needs. She truly went the extra mile to make sure we were set up for success in our new home.

A big Shout out to Avalon for the recent resident barbecue. The food & music was excellent. Tracy was very courteous & very nice. I had a really awesome time. You have a awesome staff. Everything was a well prepared experience. Thank you. 🙂❤️
