I lived in Ava for 2 years. I love room so much. Nice and clean. View from my window is amazing!!! Still feel sad have to move out for new journey in life But while I’m there all management team is so help full and always there for us if need. While I’m there I feel safe and feel like home. 🏠

Had such a great experience touring this building. From the moment I walked in, the building felt modern, clean, and inviting. The lobby and shared spaces are beautiful and well maintained, and impressive. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts, plenty of natural light, and stylish finishes and hugeeee closets. A huge thank you to David for making the tour so enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the building and neighborhood. He answered every question thoroughly, offered helpful insights about living at Ava 55 Ninth, and made the whole experience stress-free. I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living here.

Compact self contained budget housing units, lots of sunlight, great views, close to freeway, central location near public transport, Bart, business district, theatre, markets, great coffee shops, not so friendly neiborhood, very limited parking options.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The amenities are great - especially the dog run, gym, downstairs coffee shop downstairs, bike room, etc - but the best part is the staff. Trish Blair and David Bejarano truly go above and beyond and make the building feel like a great place to live. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely care, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend.

Lived here for 4 months. Perfect public transportation, well-maintained room appliances, and great reviews. The area downstairs is a bit sketchy, but I’ve gotten used to it. So far, the best cost-efficient option you’ll find here. A big thanks to my leasing manager, David—he helped us move in and introduced me to lots of fun activities in the area. No matter what happens, just ask him, and he’ll always have a great solution!
