We've genuinely love our time in this building, and a huge part of that comes down to the management and maintenance team. Community Manager Cody and team have been fantastic from day one — responsive, kind, and always quick to follow through on anything we needed. Whenever something came up, big or small, it was handled fast and with care. It's rare to feel like your landlord actually cares, but we did here. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel taken care of, this is it. Huge thanks to Cody, Steven, and the whole team — highly recommend!

John went above and beyond, showcasing a remarkable work ethic. His attention to detail and swift resolution are commendable. I had an amazing experience moving into Argenta! Steven, the leasing manager, was absolutely fantastic to work with. He truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment in the perfect building. He listened to what I needed, was patient throughout the entire process, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. There were a couple small hiccups along the way (normal with any move), but what impressed me most was how Steven handled everything quickly and professionally. His communication and support made all the difference. I also want to shout out Cody, the property manager, who was equally great to work with — friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making residents feel welcome and taken care of. Beautiful building, great location, and an amazing team. I can definitely see myself being a long-term resident here. Highly recommend Argenta!

John Martinez is absolutely amazing! I believe he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. Every time I’ve had an issue, big or small, John has responded incredibly fast and taken care of it with top-notch professionalism. I believe it's rare to find someone so reliable, friendly, and efficient working in maintenance. He makes the experience of submitting a work order for the apartment, a relatively better one, easy and stress-free. Living at Argenta is a much better experience thanks to John. Thanks for all the work you do!

We like the view and the space of the apartment. We also like how friendly staff here are. I'd like to thank John for helping us with maintenance requests here and there, even though a couple of them are out of his responsibility. Steven is also an amazing leasing manager, he gave us many tips about how we can customize our apartment and different options. So far pretty good!
