Aleksandra was one of the most helpful leading agents I’ve ever come across. My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for an apartment for the past couple of months and have always been greeted by dismissive agents who were only after our signature. Aleksandra took her time to show us all the wonderful amenities this building offers, the beautiful apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. She went out of her way to make us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in our potential future home. Unfortunately with the current market, we realized that we will need to put off the move for a couple months but as soon as our situation changes, we will be back and will specifically request Aleksandra. Highly highly recommend booking with her if you get the lucky chance :)

Moved here about 6 months ago. I had 2 weeks to move from out of state into this new city, and the management did a terrific job with the transition. Jessica, Jonathan, Alex, and Alexandra were all amazing and very friendly. They are on top of their stuff and I never once felt like I can’t bring up favors to them. Apartment locates at a very convenient part of the city which makes moving around the city super easy without a car. Overall, I have no complaints living here and hope to continue staying at Ansel for as long as I can!

Jessica gave me a tour when I moved in and answered all of my questions with ease. The move in process was so easy and she made sure that everything was taken care of so move in was seamless. After moving in Jessica and Jonathan are always available to answer any questions I have! 10/10 front desk staff!

My wife and I have been here for 4 months in corporate housing, and this is a very well run building. Each floor has robotic vacuum cleaners and cleaning staff keep the elevators, lobby, common areas and garbage chutes very clean. Jessica, Alex and the team are kind, thoughtful, and go above and beyond to help guests with packages or any issues they might have. One time, the manager personally walked to another building for my wife since our package was delivered there by mistake and we were out of town and needed the package for an event. The mailroom is secure and easy for deliveries to be received. They throw monthly programming like a Halloween party and most recently have a free holiday gift wrapping station in the common area. They go all out on tasteful decorations as well for thanksgiving, Halloween, and now Christmas. The gym is small but has everything you need. Security is good and they have weekend front desk support. The elevators are fast and you rarely have to wait more than a minute for one to arrive. Parking is also convenient. it’s been a great 4 months here.

I have lived here since October 2020 and have loved every month thus far. The loading bay and freight elevator made moving in a breeze. The views from the roof are sunrise/sunset worthy and the Dog run makes it so easy to avoid walks along Market Street late night. The units are very well appointed and the finishes are modern industrial. Rick has done a great job keeping us informed, along with his team that strives to welcome you home daily. COVID hasn’t been easy for any of us but I Love coming home and working from home at The Rise!
