The Trinity Plaza itself is amazing and while I can't vouch for the businesses or for residents, the architecture, statues and artwork are all really done well together. I like waking through here when I can, the light catches the statues and art in different ways during the day so there really isn't a "best" time to go here, but I like to go in the mornings and when the Sun is high.

Anna is obviously the best one there A few maintenance guys are nice This place is trash. DO NOT MOVE HERE, the positive review doesn’t cut it. So many bad things 1.) Here I am locked out of my unit again because the key fob stopped working again Laying on ground. I’m exhausted from a long day at work and I’m greeted to this. 2.) I’ve had thousands of dollars of packages stolen at this complex. They are aware of the people stealing yet don’t beef up security to protect packages. 3.) had water damage in my apartment for months, they sent emails stating they would fix it I have screenshots from conversations with the maintenance crew. Then it all changed course when they said they wouldn’t fix it with no reason. Trash management Im so disappointed by the people working here. Please save yourself the heartache. They will let you down time and time again. They don’t care about you, your time, your money wasted Update* all the agents all called out sick. No one to help me get in my apartment. Locked out because key fobs are not working. This happens often here. Poorly managed. *Katie S* is the WORST manager. Trash I’m just so over it here. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE ALL THE GOOD IN THE WORLD DONT MOVE HERE, please !!!!

I am so impressed by Violette! She went out of her way to ensure I had an amazing experience. I had a ton of questions and she was so patient with me. She deserves a raise! I am a very unsure renter and went into the process with a lot of uncertainty, she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. Thank you so much Violette! I’ll be in touch soon!

The building itself is beautiful — honestly one of the most modern, aesthetic, and practical layouts/floor plans in the city for the price (and I’ve looked damn near everywhere)! Like any property, there’s issues like power outages, water shutdowns, faulty pipes and whatnot. While this building might have them quite frequently, the office staff works super hard to keep everything under control and everyone happy. I’ve seen them take some heat for issues that are out of their hands, and they always handle it with professionalism, urgency, and empathy. Violette in particular has been an immense help and joy to work with. She really does go above and beyond to make my experience here the best it can be. More than that though, I really just enjoy stopping by to chat with her! She’s super sweet and very human/straightforward which is something I appreciate and love about her. I’ll be renewing my lease soon here and she is definitely one of the reasons why!

I had such a great experience working with Anna in the office. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. She made the entire process smooth and stress free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. The apartment complex itself is absolutely beautiful very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The landscaping and overall atmosphere really make it feel like home. Huge thanks to Anna for her amazing customer service and for making this such a positive experience!
