Moving is hard and there will always be bumps in the road. Thankfully Trinity apartments made it as easy as possible. Samantha Grajalva and Bridget made my move as easy as they could. Very friendly, helpful, kind, and understanding. It's a big apartment complex so stuff happens but thats SF. Just thankful for the staff and security.

Love the whole management team, especially with Elle, Derek. The maintenance team is also very professional. Needed help to hang my painting on the wall, Richard was there to help me to complete the task. I offered him tips as my appreciation, he rejected my offer but told me to give him good feedbacks instead. The new management team is very friendly and helpful. Thank you ❤️

Ran into Mike on the elevator and he went above and beyond to fix my issue and make it as easier for me as possible. My kitchen lights went out and and he came up to fix them within the hour and made sure the lighting worked for me. Couldn’t have asked for better service! THANK YOU MIKE JONES! amazing work Amazing timing Amazing customer satisfaction! Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

Well all of the folks ive met here are great, but im still waiting for my origanal deposit I placed over 4 months ago to be returned?? I think its the ceo,s office n corporation thats causing the return delay, and it will get taken care of soon.I hope, still a great place to call my second home even if it was my only, i love ❤️ it !
