Johney, the Assistant Property Manager at our apartment complex, has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help me work through leasing details, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I understood each step. What really sets Johney apart is his responsiveness and efficiency. Every request or issue I had was handled promptly, and he consistently followed through to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, May 30 at 1:00 PM to tour an apartment. After waiting more than 30 minutes, we left because the leasing office was closed and no one answered the phone, despite multiple calls. During those 30 minutes, we got a good look at the current condition of the property, and unfortunately, it wasn't impressive. To access the building, we had to follow a resident inside because there was no one available to let us in. There appeared to be no security presence whatsoever. The lobby was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. We parked in the garage and took the elevator to the ground floor, where the smell of urine was overwhelming. The elevator itself was dirty, and you could see the urine on the floor. To make matters worse, we ended up paying for parking because there was no one available to validate our ticket. What really bothers me is the complete lack of professionalism. Why schedule apartment tours when the leasing office is closed? If there was an emergency or staffing issue, a simple phone call, email, or text message would have been enough to let prospective residents know not to waste their time. The building feels neglected. The lack of attention to cleanliness, customer service, and basic operational standards is obvious the moment you walk through the door. Too bad Trinity Management Services is no longer around. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I will not be leasing a unit here.

Had a great experience with the maintenance visit today. Frank was friendly right off the bat, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what he was doing. Fixed our key fob receiver without any hassle and made the whole process easy. Really appreciate the professionalism and the solid work.
