I recently moved into Radian a couple of weeks ago, and it’s been an amazing experience so far! From touring the apartment to the actual move-in, the entire process was super smooth and easy. Big shoutout to Andrew and Hailey, and the entire Radian team — they’ve been incredible from day one. Andrew especially went above and beyond — super friendly, professional, and really helped me settle in. Since I’m new to the area, he even shared great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which made a big difference. The amenities here are top-notch — especially the rooftop, which has one of the best sunset views in the city. Anytime I’ve had a question about my apartment or the building, the team has been quick to respond and always helpful. Overall, I’m super happy with my one-bedroom apartment and the experience so far. Beautiful place, great people, and awesome vibes all around. Highly recommend Radian!

We’ve had an amazing experience living here so far. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The amenities are great, and everything feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully cared for. A huge shoutout to our leasing agent, Alexa. She made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth. She has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful from day one. Any small issues we had were handled quickly, and her communication has been outstanding. You can tell she truly cares about residents having a great experience. We’re really happy we chose this building and couldn’t recommend it more, especially with Alexa guiding the process. Highly recommend!

If you have any need for reliable internet, do not live at Radian. The internet goes out every single day, multiple times for long periods. If you work from home, expect it to heavily disrupt your ability to work consistently. Residents have been furious with management since I moved here in September. COX is pre-installed in the building and you are charged an amenity fee for it. Management has yet to refund the cost of this amenity internet fee and simply shares that we can seek our own internet provider at our own cost. But they will continue to charge us additionally for the pre-installed internet. It is a disaster affecting every resident, especially those working from home. I will update this review if they finally remedy the issue or stop forcing us to pay for internet that does not work. Until then, I cannot emphasize enough, do not live here if you work remotely.

We absolutely LOVE living here. Moved in March 2025 after meeting with De’Andrew. He was the best helping get us the apartment we wanted, but also with our move in support while we were getting settled. The buildings and units speak for themselves, but the quick and attentive support is what truly sealed the deal for us. Super happy with our decision!

Enjoyed my time here. Really nice units. Only moved out because I need to move to a 2 bed and they didn’t have any openings that worked for me. Management is great. De Andrew is the GOAT — made my move in and move out super easy and always helpful and friendly anytime I needed something. Wish it worked out for me to stay longer
