I recently toured Park Summit with Maddie and had such a truly wonderful experience! She was so kind and helpful from the time I scheduled the tour to the actual tour day, and took so much time to explain everything thoroughly and helped me narrow my options about my future apartment. Truly the best experience and very grateful for all of her help!

I was able to check out Park Summit this week and love what it has to offer! Maddie showed me around and was knowledgeable about the community as well as the whole Bankers Hill area. I would definitely recommend reaching out to her for a tour!

Cooper Matthijssen has been exceptional from the very beginning—months before the building was even close to opening. He responded right away and stayed consistently communicative, even sending personalized videos of units that matched what I was looking for. When we finally met for a hard hat tour, he was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, all while making the experience feel relaxed and unrushed. He was attentive, thorough, and quick to follow up on any questions. He’s also just genuinely easy and enjoyable to work with—my partner and friend who joined me both said the same. His responsiveness and attention to detail really stand out. Cooper is a true asset to the team, and I’d highly recommend working with him.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Park Summit and the incredible team who helped me find my new home. My mother and I stopped by unexpectedly while visiting from out of town, without an appointment. The leasing team was actually in the middle of a meeting, but instead of turning us away, they graciously paused what they were doing to help us. Knowing we were only in town briefly, they made an exception and took the time to show us the community and available apartment homes. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. Cooper, the office manager, went above and beyond to make the entire experience exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly accommodating. Josh was equally fantastic, and every member of the team made us feel welcome and valued. They offered us water and snacks, took time to answer all of our questions, and even welcomed our dog with open arms. Watching the staff interact with him and make him feel comfortable immediately told me this was a community that genuinely cares about its residents. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully planned. The location overlooking Balboa Park is breathtaking, and the amenities are among the nicest I've seen. It's clear that every detail of this community was carefully considered. What truly sets Park Summit apart, however, is its people. Beautiful buildings and luxury amenities are wonderful, but exceptional customer service is what makes a place feel like home. The team at Park Summit has created an experience that is warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. I haven't even moved in yet, and I already feel confident that I made the right choice. I am genuinely excited not only to live in this beautiful community, but also to be surrounded by a team that is so kind, professional, and dedicated to its residents.
