Sadie Price 3 months agoAmanda and Kiersten are amazing! Amanda has assisted me with two different leases and has attended to all needs I've expressed. She is diligent, communicative and care's about our community. We are so sad to see her leave, Valentina has been so lucky to have her! Kiersten assisted me with my second lease. She was efficient, quick and provided care with a move in date that fit my needs. She even went out of her way to ensure the parking lot view from my balcony was cleaned up for move in. Thanks so much to you both, you rock!
Gabby Gonzalez a year agoThis community is so great, we are so glad we visited when searching where to live in this area of San Diego. We are so happy to call this our home. From the moment I called to ask about this property to the tour and moving day Marlene and Amanda have been so helpful and professional. Moving day went smoothly (it was a rainy week) thanks to their help and good communication. The loading area for movers is a designated parking spot and not far from elevators. We love the location, and the layout of our apartment is perfect for our family. The community is maintained very well and is so beautiful. All the amenities are great and thought out well. The fact that you can see the harbor water area from most of them is such a plus in my opinion. Sunset views! Most importantly it is a nice quiet respectful community one can easily call home.
Leandro Valdez 2 months agoFrom the move-in process to my stay so far has been great thanks to people like Amanda and Kiersten. Kiersten has hit the ground running as the new manager here and done more than her fair share of work to take care of me during my move in and the settling in phase after the initial move. While unloading my gear, I got ticketed by the city despite the U-Haul being a loading zone and I was promptly reimbursed for the ticket by Valentina since the city refused to waive the ticket. Thanks so much to all the hard work Kiersten and the rest of the staff continue to do to make my stay here great.
Giacomo Pizzigoni 2 months agoI normally never leave negative reviews, but after what happened, I feel current and prospective residents deserve to know the reality of the security situation here. My apartment was broken into by someone who was able to climb over the exterior barriers and access the property far too easily. There are no adequate security cameras, no meaningful security presence, multiple vulnerable access points, and walls/gates that clearly do not prevent intrusions. What’s most disturbing is realizing how dangerous this could have become. The intruder entered mid-day while I was out getting groceries. When I returned home shortly after, I found footprints and dirt inside my apartment — even in my bathroom shower — handprints on my bedroom wall, dirt on my pillow, my medicines thrown across the floor, food taken from my refrigerator, and $1,500 in cash missing, which represented an entire week of work. I genuinely felt violated in my own home. What keeps replaying in my head is the thought of what could have happened if I had been home asleep or taking a nap with the balcony door unlocked — something many people naturally do when they are inside their own apartment. That realization alone has completely changed the way I feel living here. Since the incident, I honestly feel like I have to barricade myself inside my own home and constantly double-check every door and window instead of feeling safe where I live. To make matters worse, the response afterward felt dismissive rather than proactive. This review is not about revenge — it is about warning others and hopefully encouraging management to take resident safety more seriously before something worse happens to someone else. People pay a premium to live somewhere they should feel secure. Right now, I do not.
Danielle Abel 9 months agoI have enjoyed my time living here. The resident event tonight was pretty cool! It was nice to get to speak with other happy tenants and get to know Jorge, the property manager. Excited for the next resident event!
