I was approved for an apartment only to find out the apartment was not ready for move in. This guy Blake told me that it would be ready in 2 weeks. I said it's fine even though I had altered my hotel stays expecting to move in (moved from Oahu and was temporarily staying in hotels). I waited for over a month with no answers. I called to find out that this unit was never available. My guess is they were just fishing for application fees, or they found someone that was willing to pay higher than the price I was given on my application. I had to ask multiple times for my deposit back, which they tried to short me for a processing fee. They still refuse to give me back my application fee even though I basically applied for nothing. These people wasted tons of my time and have zero regard for my situation. And on top of giving me the run around, now I have to pursue them for my money back. Horrendous people. Zero accountability. They did me dirty and they will do it to you also. This place got some terrible reviews. I should have listened.

I needed emergency maintenance on a Sunday and Milo came to the rescue. The bath tube was filled with sewage and he did a great job of taking care of everything. I am very grateful for Milo’s help.

we've been living at 7th & g for almost 2 years now, and i also run my business from this apartment. the office has been incredibly helpful, from getting me a storage unit, holding my packages, to even unlocking my door when i've accidentally locked myself out – and so much more! the apartments are insulated well, we have a nice view of the city, and the gym and courtyard area are really nice. the office and maintenance staff are kind, and they are the reason our experience here has been so great!

We’ve lived in this building for over 2 years, and I’ll always look back on this time fondly. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with a great view of the city and beautiful 5-meter-high ceilings. The location was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to all the bars and a 15-minute stroll to the Marina. The building itself is always clean, and everything is repaired or replaced promptly and seamlessly (huge thanks to the maintenance staff—you’re amazing!). But the real treasure of this building is its management team. A special thank you to Cristal and Joshua for your attentiveness and professionalism, you truly made our time here unforgettable

We just moved into our new apartment on Tuesday and everyone on the staff was so welcoming , accommodating and helpful. Chanel and Jasmine (in the Leasing office) were very patient and kind ; they helped make our transition very smooth. It was a very pleasant experience working with them and they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Shout out to Andre, who resolved our maintenance orders, he was very quick and efficient! He got to us within 24 hours and we are so thankful. Everyone has been very kind and welcoming . We are happy to call Nova our new home.
