ecommended for the price you pay a month. They treated me like nothing but crap while I was here. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Because it is not like that. They have also changed management 3 times since I’ve been here and it’s only getting worse. Please to waste your money here. This apartment complex should be shut down for safety, cleanliness, tenants, outdated appliances, and many more. These pictures are only a small portion of what is really going on here and what I see daily. The hallways always smells gross with different smells every time I walk out that door. Has never smelled clean or nice. People let their dog pee and poop in the hall without cleaning it up and it will stay there for days even weeks without it being touched or cleaned. Not to mention, the water is never hot. I’ve only had like warm water and all they’ve told me is because the water heater is small and everyone is taking a shower at once. Only a few security guards and maybe one maintenance guy has been nice. Other than that terrible experience. 0/10 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I were to be living in a one-bedroom duplex for 15 years staring at the same fence that surrounded the apartment no further than 5 ft from each window that stood at 6 ft tall. So as the view goes I have here with Market Street village apartments there is something to look at other than just that wooden fence. The neighbors here in this complex are not as loud as the duplex over in City heights. So I am to think that I have really locked out finding a place as beautiful as this one that I have here with Market Street village.

Pros: - Apartment complex is pleasant and well maintained. - Management staff is friendly and professional. - Solid amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, gym, rooftop area, etc.) - On-site parking is nice Cons: - Elevator access key fobs are a bit jankety. (Still works fine but you may have to swipe a couple times to get them to work). This appears to be a ubiquitous experience amongst residence and usually it just becomes something to laugh about. If you are looking for a convenient place to live in East Village / downtown San Diego, Market Street Village apartments is an excellent option.

So far so good! Been here 2 months and still absolutely love it. Placement of the apartment in the city is perfect! My only wish is parking was more convenient for two cars but the apartment is absolutely trying to fix that for me which is all I can ask! This particular unit allows us to access the patio on Market Street which is AWESOME!!!

DO NOT move into this building. I lived here for 3 years. CONAM took over in 2024 and it went downhill fast. The building is filthy. The people in the office ignore emails and the phone and don't return calls and they are extremely dishonest. I moved out recently and got my deposit refund quickly. Great, right? No, right after it cleared my bank, they reversed which also caused my account to go negative. It took an entire day of emails and calls before someone got back to me. Even after sending a demand letter for my deposit, I'm still waiting and am in the process of filing paperwork to sue. They will try to feed you lies about a "mandatory $150 cleaning fee that is a CA law. That is false information. There is no such law. You will be much better off living some place that is not owned by CONAM
