Management is very helpful and responsive here. Employees are friendly & professional. Units are very nice. Hallways are clean and quiet. Common areas (club house, lounge, pool, jacuzzi, fire pits, fireplace, cabanas and bbq grills) are very nice and well maintained. The views from upper floors are Crazy beautiful at night. (OH, and watching someone parachute off the Ketchup building at Midnight, AWESOME !!!!!!) Also love the neighbors who leave goodies in the recycle room.... oh and I forgot free COFFEE (mocha, latte, cappuccino) or Hot Chocolate 24/7......

Honestly, our experience with this complex was very disappointing During our stay there were repeated problems. The trash chute often didn’t work, and the trash room regularly smelled bad with overflowing garbage and dirty, sticky floors. The parking gate is frequently left open or broken, which makes the garage feel unsafe. We also saw homeless individuals accessing the property and going through the trash. The most upsetting situation happened when our unit was flooded because of a sewer backup in the building (not caused by us). We lived with open walls and ongoing repairs for almost three weeks. For several days, very loud drying machines were running inside our apartment and using our electricity. Some of our personal care items were damaged. Management did offer a small concession, which we appreciate, but the situation took far too long to fix and caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. The only positive thing we can say is that the maintenance technician himself was professional and helpful when he came. In our opinion, this complex has noticeably declined recently. Future residents should think carefully before moving in and read the most recent reviews. Overall, our final experience here was frustrating and below what we expected

I had a great experience at K1 Apartments, especially thanks to Paulin, the leasing officer. Paulin was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the details clearly, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the beginning. The property is very nice, with great amenities, beautiful views, and a convenient location. What stood out the most was the customer service. Paulin made the leasing process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I highly recommend K1 Apartments to anyone looking for a place in San Diego, and I really appreciate Paulin for her excellent service and attention to detail. Five stars!

K1 Apartment Homes is a wonderful place to live! I enjoy the interactions I've had within the community and the amenities are amazing. Stephanie is the absolute best along with Paulina and Raymond. I have nothing but good things to say about where I live and it gives you peace of mind knowing any issues go resolved immediately. Couldn't have picked a better place to call home. I highly recommend living here!

Honestly staying here hasn’t been bad at all, my view is amazing and the wrap around balcony is amazing and I’ve been gardening (like full blown gardening) my kids love it, amenities are great and customer service is impeccable. They are right on things when I show concern. Paulina has been here since I moved in and she’s the sweetest and I really appreciate her patience and kindness. You won’t regret staying here. - good reminder also, it’s an apartment, not a house.
