Severe roach problem in this building. Worst place to live in. Looks like some tenants can't seem to keep this place clean at all and they're not held accountable either. Management doesn't seem to care either. I moved in in August of 2025 and since the first day I moved in I had to clean my unit because I found dead and live roaches inside, unacceptable. The hallways are always dirty and smells of cigarettes. Security not available 24/7, there has been incidents where strangers whom do not live here are let in and even homeless walk through the garage. I can't wait until my lease ends.

Great place to go to if your looking for weekly rates at unheard of prices. If you're visiting the Downtown Gaslamp area and need a place for a week or two, you can't beet the prices at this place. I didn't find any better and i looked! The rooms are subtle and clean, you can get microwave, fridge, bed, writing and working desk section and just 2 block away from the Gaslamp. This is a convenient place to be if you're looking for fun while staying in the area. The service is good and someone was always available to help, just make sure you don't forget your keys in your room too often. You'll see why. Great place though.

Best place to live in Downtown San Diego! Amazing staff and prime location. A block from the Convention Center & Marriott Marquis and a few blocks away from the Hilton Bayfront & Grand Manchester Hyatt. And just 2 blocks away from the famous San Diego Gaslamp District.

I have moved a lot in the last 20 years and this is the best place I've lived in by far. Everyone, staff and residents are super nice. Facilities are great and so is the location. Even a great little restaurant across the street. The streetcar is only a block away. I plan on living here for the rest of my life. Unless they raise the rent too much :) If you move in be sure to stop by and say hi!

I can’t describe how great and friendly the people who run this residential building. Everyone management and employees. specially Iryna the manager. Whatever concern or problem you may face, she will definitely be very helpful and makes sure that your problem is solved before you step out of her office. She’s a a lifesaver and the most helpful and wonderful manager I have ever met
