The leasing staff was amazing. They helped me navigate through my move-in process. They took the time to work with me one on one and help me decide which apartment would be the best fit for me. I can honestly say that Zapporah was amazing, professional and patient. In fact The entire leasing staff was on point! I would highly recommend living here. The building has history and it’s beautiful. The staff is amazing. The amenities are wonderful..

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The location is one of the best parts—right in the heart of downtown, close to everything, which makes day-to-day life super convenient. The building is well-maintained and the amenities are solid. I’ve also found the staff to be professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good spot in this area.

Zipporah is the best! She was very knowledgeable and kind! The tour was very personalized and she asked me questions that would help tailor the experience for me. Although I’ve decided to not move forward (just due to location) this property has very beautiful amenities and a sense of community. Zipporah made sure to say hi to all of the residents and even knew their name. This was the best tour I had in all of San Diego!

From the beginning Zipporah has been nothing short of amazing. When we toured a year ago I knew because of the beautiful building and her shining personality we would be back. Full circle moment and extremely grateful for her.

I’m new to San Diego and have been touring nonstop, and this building absolutely blew me away! The beauty, energy, and character are incredible. It feels like a true architectural landmark — solid, quiet, and reminiscent of NYC living. Zipporah was amazing and gave me a thorough tour, showing multiple stunning units without ever rushing me. Every apartment was beautifully built and thoughtfully designed.
