Shout out to Latiera at Volta Apartments in Long Beach — because she truly deserves it. From the moment I walked in, her vibe was undeniable. She carries this bold, beautiful, and vibrant energy that instantly makes you feel welcomed and understood. It’s rare to meet someone whose presence alone makes the whole experience smoother, but that’s exactly what she did. When it came to showing the apartment, she wasn’t just doing a tour — she was creating a full experience. She listened, explained everything clearly, highlighted details I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her passion for what she does shows, and her professionalism mixed with her warm personality is unmatched. I genuinely appreciate the time she took today. If I had the funds ready, she would’ve been the exact reason I’d sign a lease on the spot. She made the place feel like home before I even considered the paperwork. So yes — big shout out to Latiera. Long Beach and Volta Apartments are lucky to have her.

Volta on Pine is an amazing property in Long Beach. I just toured there with the community manager, Roze, who was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He was polite the whole tour and really took his time to show us multiple units to see what suited our needs most. All the units were clean and well maintained with modern appliances. It definitely felt like nice high-end apartments and I will definitely consider moving into the property. Staff was friendly and the property was clean, what more can you ask?

Recently moved to Long Beach and was slightly overwhelmed moving to a new city all on my own. Living at Volta, I feel like I have been integrated into a community almost instantly. Everyone there is super nice, workers and residents alike. When I first moved in, I was having issues with the fridge and one of the guys from the service team, Blake helped fixed my fridge and also gave me a bunch of recommendations for food and things to do around the city. Great way to start off this new chapter in my life, thanks Blake!

I recently toured this apartment and had a great experience. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. What stood out most, was the tour guide, LJ. He were friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the process feel rushed. LJ made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!
