Ocean Center Apartments in Long Beach truly exceeded my expectations during my recent tour. This building has a wonderfully welcoming and unique feel, a rare find in apartment living. Stepping inside, the building feels truly well-appointed, blending historical charm with modern flair. The attention to detail in the unique, timely fixtures and high-quality finishes within the units really stand out. The well-designed AC units also ensure comfort within each residence, a thoughtful touch. They've made units and passageways places you really want to spend time in. The rooftop terrace is a definite highlight, offering a fantastic space to relax and enjoy the city and ocean views. And when it comes to the units themselves, some are so incredibly spacious and wonderfully laid out they could easily pass as penthouses, truly a luxurious experience!!! My only comment would be that while the building's gym is in good order, its size might limit its appeal to some, even though the fantastic Gold's Gym is conveniently located nearby. A larger gym could potentially boost the building's demand even further. Finally, a huge thank you is deserved by Lesley. She provided exceptional service during the visit, patiently showing multiple units and demonstrating how to explore each unique layout online. Despite a late arrival, she adjusted her schedule to accommodate, which was greatly appreciated.

Had such a great time at the Long Beach Grand Prix event hosted by the Ocean center on Sunday, April 19th! It was held on the beautiful 5th-floor rooftop, with catered food, drinks, and fun raffles for only residents. We the residents had free front-row seats to watch the fast Grand Prix cars go by, which made it extra special. A big thank you to Virginia, the manager, and her amazing staff for putting everything together. The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole event was so well done! Virginia is doing a great job taking care of residents' concerns. Great place to live

I am a recent resident and I love this complex so far. We received a warm welcoming from Josephine and Virginia has been taking care of us since move in day! She has been so accommodating, thorough, responsive, and helpful. Virginia has really gone above and beyond and we are very thankful.

It's such a unique experience living in a historical building. The location is great; just a few minutes from the pier and the beach and the restaurants of 2nd street and downtown in the other direction. If you are a race fan, the Long Beach Grand Prix also runs right by the apartment and the 5th floor deck offers amazing views of the event. Happy to be here!

We were fortunate to work this year's Grand Prix event at Ocean Center Apartments. Community Manager Madison put together such an amazing event. Residents enjoyed fine food, beverages, and other entertainment while viewing the races from the building's amazing rooftop patio. The property seems to go the extra mile to make their residents feel celebrated. Cheers to the whole team there!
