My experience living at Broadstone Inkwell for 12 months was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, our lease agent Eldon was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. He made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, and throughout our time there, he was always responsive and kind whenever we needed assistance. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. One of the things we appreciated most was how well the walls blocked noise — it made such a difference in feeling comfortable and at home. It’s rare to find a place that offers both a great location and real tranquility. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re grateful for the year we spent there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed community.

Erica was a bright light throughout our time at Broadstone Inkwell. Her energy and smile are absolutely infectious, and she consistently responded to every question or request with speed, professionalism, and genuine care. What stood out most were the countless conversations we shared while passing through the lobby or garage. Whether recommending local restaurants, places to explore, or simply taking a moment to connect, every interaction felt less like speaking with a property team member and more like catching up with a friend. We felt the same way about Eldon. Together, they created a sense of warmth and belonging that is rare to find. Living at Broadstone Inkwell was unlike any residential experience we’ve had, and Erica and Eldon made us feel truly at home and part of a community. They are the heart of the reason we chose Broadstone Inkwell, and their kindness, authenticity, and dedication made all the difference.

After touring several apartments in Long Beach, Broadstone Inkwell impressed me the most. Not only was my interaction, from tour to key turnover, with Davis extremely positive, but it felt personalized. The staff was welcoming from the start and the lobby set the tone for what the building has to offer it's tenants. All of the amenities are top notch and the front entrance opens up to a pedestrian only street, lined with bars and restaurants. To prepare for my move, several items were shipped to the apartment prior to my actual move-in day and the staff held those items in a room for me. It was a smooth key turnover and check-in day and they helped me set up Wifi, rent payment app, and utilities.

I’ve quite enjoyed living at the Broadstone Inkwell the past 2 years. It’s a quiet & private community with few ongoings. The building is centrally located in Downtown Long Beach, steps away from good food, entertainment, and the beach. The community managers and maintenance crew are all pleasant folks. Shout outs to Erica, Eldon, and Omar in particular - kind, efficient, and personable. I’d be happy to live at another Greystar-managed building in the future!

I can confidently say I have no regrets in choosing Inkwell as my new home. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. Amenities/common areas are decorated in detail and well-maintained throughout the property. Location on the Promenade makes for great walkability. Building staff has been friendly and accessible, both during the leasing process and during my time as a resident. I am especially grateful for Erica, who is a superstar that goes above and beyond to make sure Inkwell feels like home. To anyone interested in a downtown apartment with a pleasant ambiance and friendly community, Inkwell is the place for you.
