I needed to find an apartment asap and Burano checked off all the boxes. Clean, quiet and in a great area. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in on time despite obstacles out of our control. Her welcoming nature and warmth creates a friendly living environment that makes it easy to live here. The Burano team even left a belated birthday card at my door which meant a lot. It’s these little things that made me want to live here instead of the competitors down the street.

Burano has been a great place to call home. We had a fire alarm issue and Daniel was very courteous and helped iron out our issue quickly. He was professional and thorough in his explanation, and we are happy he's available for any apartment problems we may have.

Zach and Danny are an outstanding duo at Burano. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone they meet. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard, rather than just another tenant to attend to.

Nice looking building and units. Jessica, the current property manager, is amazing. Most apartments I've rented, the management never returns my calls. I am left to wonder for weeks if the maintenance request I put in will ever be looked at. Not so with Jessica. If she misses a call and you leave a voicemail, she will call back within the day, if not the next. If a maintenance request can't be completed quickly, she will keep you posted on the status. I would like to see some improvements to the public hallway carpets, but because of Jessica I bumped the rating to 5 stars.

I've been here at Burano for several years and really love the experience. Shout out to Gil - he does all the engineering / maintenance. He is personable, and is able to effect repairs on the first go - his knowledge just amazes me. Management overall excellent - they respond to any issues immediately - like right away - such as repairs whether in my apartment or on the property. Front office Jessica is a pleasure to work with - she is responsive and friendly, and clear communicator. building is clean clean clean - keep it up guys ! oh, ps the building is a great design - easy to get around the building and well built.
