Alex provided us with such an amazing tour experience at Resa! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel welcoming and stress-free. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—very renovated, modern, and feels brand new. The entire complex in Long Beach is impressive, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We truly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend touring with Alex if you’re considering Resa!

Ever since the very first time we stepped into Resa, it has been a completely stress free experience. Brian and Jacob are so nice, very professional, and helpful no matter what issue comes up that you need help with. They are always ready to help. They make you feel valued. As for the building itself, I’ve never been in a cleaner and more well kept building. The amenities are fantastic and the units could not be better. The move in process was smooth and I appreciate how Brian and Jacob were always there with you every step of the way. I don’t have any comments as to how anything could be better because it is already great and I couldn’t be happier with the place we chose to be our home. Brian definitely takes the time to make sure you like where you are going to be living and takes the time to build rapport with you and has great communication during the entire process. Jacob was just as nice and made us feel very welcomed during move in and anytime we had questions. In conclusion all of the staff here are great and very genuine and we are excited to be living here!

I love this store! I've ordered quite a few dresses and, most recently, a swimsuit. They have the cutest prints and the material is so slinky and comfortable. The bathing suits don't dig into your sides like some other suits. Major plus to feeling more confident in a bikini! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been living here for the past 6 months, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels extremely safe, which was really important for us. A special shoutout to Alex and Nick, the property managers, who have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely amazing since day one. They always make sure everything runs smoothly and create such a warm community feeling. Highly recommend living here! — Pranjal & Rohan

Amazing place. Very clean and well maintained. The staff make sure you are helped even when they are obviously busy. They care about how they treat their potential future tenants from the very beginning. Brian was especially helpful in making sure to answer all of our questions and to not waste our time/get our hopes up. Ran into people while moving in and without asking them, they came forward to say that it’s an amazing place to live and very peaceful.
