AMLI has been a great living experience for both me and my pup. I truly appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of the leasing office. Nicole and Jordan are consistently friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. They also do a great job organizing engaging events for the community. The maintenance team has been equally impressive — responsive, efficient, and reliable. Requests are typically addressed the same day or within 24 hours. Fidel, in particular, has been outstanding…patient, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that have come up during my time here. Thank you to the entire AMLI team for making this such a positive experience.

Fidel from the maintenance team was outstanding from start to finish. He addressed every single issue we submitted during our move-in inspection and had everything working properly within 24 hours. His prompt service, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. He set the tone for AMLI Park Broadway by creating such a positive first impression and experience for us. The staff, particularly the maintenance personnel, are awesome! They are prompt, efficient, helpful, kind, professional, and always aiming to ensure a smooth, clean, and functional living experience. Specifically, Fidel deserves a huge shout out! He is always professional, communicative, kind, helpful, and aims to really support the tenants. Very grateful for him and the team!

Moved into Amli in December and have been really enjoying living here. Upon moving in, we had a couple of maintenance request (minor issues) and all request were fulfilled in a timely manner. Nicole has been nothing but amazing and super accommodating. Her personality is so easy going and she’s extremely helpful. We wanted to add on a storage unit within the complex and she was on top of checking when people were moving out and helped us secure a storage unit within a week. The amenities are also great too. The gym essentials has enough equipment to get a great workout in. Love that the pool is pretty much always in the sun. Other complexes pools were 85% in the shade. Overall, everyone in the complex is super nice as well.

Shout out to Fidel! This man’s attention to detail is unmatched. He is one of the reasons I love AMLI. Anytime I need anything whether it be refrigerator repair, ceiling fan replaced, smoke detector, maintenance on the balcony, you name it… He has been super responsive, quick with repairs and even follows up to make sure that everything is working in proper order! He’s very respectful, responsive, and thorough!
