Ive been living at Urban for about 9 years now, staff is very friendly and helpful. Vanessa the property manager is amazing always very professional and helpful, shoutout to the maintenance teams always making sure everything is working properly and responding to maintenance requests right away! If you want a piece of mind on the place you call home knowing that your apartment will always be taken care of this is the place for you.

About nine months ago, I moved into Urban Village Long Beach, and it immediately felt like the right fit. During my first meeting with Derren, I told him I was looking for the best apartment available—something that really stood out. He showed me the unit I live in now, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The layout, style, and features were all on point, and I didn’t feel the need to see any other options. The apartment features an open floor plan and a clean, modern design that makes the space feel both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking, and having an in-unit washer and dryer makes day-to-day living more convenient. One of my favorite aspects is the soaking tub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day. The overall vibe of the apartment supports a sense of calm and privacy that’s important for maintaining mental balance. On top of the apartment itself, the location is unbeatable. Urban Village sits in a highly convenient area—steps from the Metro and surrounded by tons of businesses, restaurants, and daily essentials. That level of accessibility really matters when you're living a busy life. At first, I was a little nervous moving in, but that feeling faded fast. Even before I saw my apartment, I noticed the pool, the friendly faces, and the welcoming energy in the gym. Once I stepped inside my unit, I was sold. It’s spacious, modern, and has all the appliances I need. There's a sense of place here that makes it feel like home. And then there’s the team. The maintenance technician clearly takes pride in his work—it shows in the details. The office staff are equally helpful, warm, and available whenever I’ve needed support. I’d easily give Urban Village five stars. It’s a place where convenience meets community, and I truly enjoy living here. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

BEWARE!!!!! It’s gotten so ugly since we moved in. I’ve encountered homeless inside. And trash all over the front door. We recently had a lock down because of an armed lady! The whole swat showed up. It’s chaotic. We are not renewing our lease. DO NOT RENT HERE. The crime rate is high. (maintenance men are the only good thing about this place, they are great!).

Do Not Rent! This was the worst experience I ever had in renting! When I moved in the apt was super dirty, the carpet had black spots all over it, I told a women name Cindy many times about it-nothing was done. The building itself is dirty inside and outside, terrible smell. Trash around the building is just normal for that place. The noice of passing trains is 22 hours a day-unbelievable. Not to mention-THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK no matter how clean you leave the place. Cindy is very unprofessional, she never says hello, thank you, please. Never answers emails nor phone calls. I am disappointed but super happy to be out of that trash place. Please do your research and do not rent from them.
