I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. The building is consistently clean, well cared for, and feels safe and comfortable, which makes a big difference day to day. Any maintenance or resident needs are handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. What truly sets this property apart is the management team. Raelle has been so great to work with. She’s kind, attentive, always willing to help, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the building. She makes the whole experience feel more personal and welcoming, and it’s clear she puts a lot of effort into her role. Overall, this is a great place to live with a team that really looks out for its residents. 10/10!

Living at The Current has been a fantastic experience, and much of that is due to the incredible staff. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are excellent (especially the gym, 4th floor terrace and rooftop pool), and the overall community atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. Raelle on the management team consistently goes above and beyond to help residents like myself with questions, concerns, or anything that comes up. She is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about creating a positive living experience for everyone. Jose has also been outstanding on the security side, helping residents feel safe and secure throughout the community. His presence, attentiveness, and commitment to resident safety provide a level of comfort that is truly appreciated. The combination of the exceptional management, maintenance team and strong security makes The Current a place I am proud to call home.

The Current is an amazing place to live! Since my first contact with Raelle Quinones she went above and beyond to help me apply and navigate a complex application situation on my side with great communication and commitment. The facilities and community are vibrant with life, the living spaces are beautiful, ample, and with amazing natural light, and the location just across the street from the beach provides amazing views and quick and easy beach access. The staff are friendly professionals that make you feel welcome every time you meet. I’m really happy to call The Current home.

I had to take the time to write this review for The Current. I am simply amazed at how well this property is managed. This building is very well maintained and secured. Alicia, Raelle and Denisse provide the highest level of customer service. Always willing to go beyond to assure that things are running smoothly. Their positive and happy energy is consistent and refreshing as I have had such awful experiences at other nearby residencies. I highly recommend this location if you want a high level of customer service and a place to call home. We all know how important it is to have a staff that manages a property so well. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate residents. A little thing that they do and I love is that they keep the delivery room clean and organized. They also help accommodate Uber Eats Deliveries etc... so that they can deliver directly to your door. I love living here and highly recommend this building over any others in the area. Oh... and they have 2 parking spots when other buildings only provide 1 ( If you get a 2 bedroom).

Living at the Current is amazing because of the staff like Raelle. She has assisted us in my ways while living here and continues to raise the bar! Thank you to The Current, but especially Raelle.
