I've had a very positive experience with the management team at The Crest. Recently, the HVAC system serving my apartment stopped functioning properly, and the maintenance team quickly inspected the issue, identified a problem with the rooftop unit, and provided a portable AC unit to keep my apartment comfortable while repairs were being arranged. Throughout the process, Daniel and the management team were responsive, professional, and communicative. They coordinated a vendor inspection, kept me informed on the status of the repair, and followed up promptly once the work was completed. The air conditioning is now working properly again, and I appreciate the efforts of the management team, maintenance staff, and vendor in resolving the issue. While unexpected maintenance issues can happen in any community, I value timely communication and a commitment to resolving problems, and The Crest delivered on both. Thank you to the entire team for your assistance and professionalism. I will be renewing my lease for this property!

WARNING!! Do not move here if you value peace and quiet! I lived in apartment 503 and it faced the breakers hotel, there was a constant humming from their pool’s water heater, it was VERY annoying. It was so bad that when I was on the phone people would ask “what’s that noise”. The hotel also hosts several rooftop parties, the sound would literally vibrate in my apartment, it was a nightmare, I felt like I was living next to a club. The leasing agent will try to tell you the windows are soundproof, they are NOT! Also, who wants to have their windows closed all the time? On top of that, the hotel takes their trash out around 4am, most mornings so I would be woken up to the sound of glass breaking as it was being tossed into the garbage cans. The units are also very small, I did not have a walk in closet or a balcony which was disappointing for the price point. The gym also leaves a lot to be desired, there is limited equipment, not even a squat rack. Overall I would say look elsewhere, I was able to find a way nicer place in DTLB for $100 less a month. Please do not let this place fool you like it fooled me!

As I prepare my move to California- I am very pleased with the smooth transition the leasing office offered. From the virtual tour - to receiving the lease went without a hitch . Once I arrived at The Crest and seen my apartment in person I was so excited!! Grand Prix is around the corner with views of the track and the beach! I highly recommend especially if you’re a traveling nurse looking for a location that’s affordable and close to the hospital. I have found tranquility in Long Beach! Thanks to the Leasing and Management Team.

This building has been a great home for us. The staff is friendly and building is always clean. The lady that cleans the lobby and amenities are always on top of things! Not to mention Alicia the community manager is very cool and helpful! I would recommend this place for people!!!👍🏻 Beautiful sunset views and VIP rooftop views from events that are happening around the building!!👍🏻

Every employee at The Crest has been helpful, responsive, kind, efficient, and gone out of their way to take care of me. Any time I see one of the team while I'm out of the house, I'm greeted warmly and I genuinely enjoy talking to them. Maintenance is fast and easy, the grounds are always spotless, administrative issues are minimal and resolved almost instantly, and I never feel like I'm bothering them. The team at The Crest has given me an unrealistic expectation for apartments! If I ever move on, I know I'll miss them.
