When resigning with Greystar they sold me the idea that the property was going to get better. However I believe since AMC it has greatly worsen. From constant water turn offs, no hot water, property being trashed , trash backed up multiple times, fyi I have photos videos and voice recording with them.Multiple break in since they down graded to one or twice a month security. The building is tagged in elevators and even the building only places people that have access can enter. Bills being higher then usual out of no where. have not spent many says in apt however my bill is higher then any other month I have been there. Any current tenants or future would not recommend to rent here. Just fyi Greystar is being sued and settled a lawsuit for this exact issue. If your bringing you concerns to the asit manager nothing will be done and not mentioned to the main property manager. He is a great therapist :D though. And when you do get to speak to the manager she is short and her exact words. " I can do that for you but I am not going to do anything" That is the type of person handling our complaints our money and really our happiness on site. I have gave them chances to fix things and address them but they don't respond to calls emails text or even ai reminders. They keep saying "things are not in the budget" however they just added ai to the building to make sure people are paying every dollar . isn't that money that you guys could have put in the building? As well she kept mentioning that she is a newer manger so you telling me I have to forget everything before you even though you work for Greystar. DISAPPOINTING

Rodney is absolutely fantastic! He recently fixed my dishwasher and truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did he get the job done efficiently and correctly, but his positive attitude and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and just an all-around great person to have on the job Rodney is your guy. Highly recommend!

Rodney from maintenance is absolutely amazing!!! He is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to fix any issues we have, whether it’s plumbing, heating, or even pest control concerns. He is professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents and making sure everything is taken care of properly! We are so lucky to have him!

Rodney Robinson the Maintance man is very competent of his job. He excellent at his craft. My garbage disposal has not been working for several months. Rodney fix it less than and hour..As well as he fixed tge screen door patio. He also fixed tge latch. He always go over and beyond. And he's very professional and a nice guy.
