Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to live in Long Beach. The front of the house staff are all great and they all make you feel welcomed. Most of them even remember my first name which is surprising as there always new faces in the building. Move in process was as easy as could be and seamless. Absolutely no issue there. The one thing I’d like to say is that while the front of the house staff are excellent. Mike and the maintenance staff within the building do a phenomenal job keeping the place clean and tidy. With such a big building I wonder just how they do it because the place is spotless. I had an issue in my apartment, submitted a work order through the app and within minutes Mike gave me a call to ask about my concerns/issues. Within a few days the issue was resolved like nothing ever happened. Pool deck is great for those sunny days, along with the BBQs on the roof. People are friendly, quiet, and curious of others. Rarely do I hear anyone to be honest, the thick walls and dual pane window works wonders at keeping noise to a minimum. Overall my 7 months here thus far have been fantastic. Casey

Edison was a great experience from start to end. Their staff are really nice and professional especially Ronnie, Maddie, and Juanita. I can't say thank you enough for the events and fun things to do in this apartment and nearby places.

I recently moved in and worked primarily with Ronnie. This was the easiest and most efficient experience I’ve had moving into a new apartment. Everyone I’ve worked with has been super friendly but definitely wanted to shoutout Ronnie for being patient and a pleasure to work with!

I’ve been here for over a year, and the window situation is flat-out ridiculous. My windows are filthy, and no matter how many times I ask, AMC gives me the same lazy excuse: “We’re working on it.” It’s a joke at this point, because nothing ever gets done. I’m a live streamer, and my followers literally comment on how nasty my windows look on camera. It’s embarrassing, and it makes the whole building look bad. AMC doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t follow up, and honestly acts like they don’t care about the residents at all. It should NOT take a year to clean windows. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic effort is unbelievable. If this is how they handle something so simple, imagine what they ignore behind the scenes. Move here at your own risk — because AMC clearly doesn’t take maintenance or residents seriously.

Thank you to the amazing team at edison. They are very responsive and quick to action with any work order. The team is very friendly and communication is amazing. They replaced our in unit laundry machine with a new one and I couldn’t ask for anything better.
