recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The entire management team and staff has been professional, helpful, and welcoming. The property is clean, new, and very luxurious. A special thank you to Eric for giving me a great tour and helping with all of my move-in paperwork , he made the process easy and smooth.

I can’t say enough good things about my move-in experience! Eric, the property manager is the best. He made everything so easy and seamless! He was communicative, informative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. The property is beautiful, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. So grateful for such a smooth transition!

200 West Ocean is an amazing property. How I ended up renting here was kind of funny. I had just missed the leasing office window (lunchtime) but it the maintenance man- Jaime (I hope got the name right) immediately engaged me- he actually chased me down the street to welcome me in. He went out of his way to show me an apartment and discuss pricing- which turned out to be very competitive with the locale. The building is get immaculately clean. Everything is up to date. You have a maintained request- boom resolved immediately. I’m thrilled to have rented here.

I had a great move-in experience with this apartment community. From start to finish both Eric and Emma made the process smooth and transparent, which made everything feel much less stressful. They were always available to answer my questions and provide assistance whenever I needed it, and they communicated clearly every step of the way. I truly appreciate how supportive and professional they were throughout the process. I’m very happy to now be a part of such a welcoming and well-managed community,

Beautiful building, but misleading marketing practices — be careful with “specials” I want to start by saying that 200 West Ocean is a truly beautiful building. The apartment itself is fantastic — modern, clean, and well-designed. The amenities are high-quality, the location is perfect, and the staff, including Daniel, have been kind and professional. But there’s one major “but.” The way marketing specials and rent concessions are communicated here is misleading and, frankly, feels unethical. Before signing, I received a detailed email from their leasing agent describing a “special” that included six weeks free rent and a $1,500 credit — and it specifically stated that I could amortize that concession over 11 months. Based on that written message, I decided to move forward and signed the lease. However, after moving in, I discovered that nothing in the lease mentioned amortization. Later, management told me the credits would only apply during a few early months, not evenly over the year. In reality, tenants still pay the full rent amount (around $3,410), and the so-called “net effective rent of ~$2,800” is only a marketing number, not your actual monthly payment. The building deserves five stars. The marketing and communication practices deserve one. Transparency and honesty should be part of what makes a place “luxury.” I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how their concessions are presented. I’m sharing this so that future residents don’t go through the same confusion I did.
