Since moving here, my experience has been very positive. The property is quiet, clean, and kept up nicely, and the location is great. I’ve had very few concerns during my time here, which has made living here easy and enjoyable. The community feels friendly and respectful, creating a comfortable environment overall. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone searching for a peaceful and well-maintained place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living here since I moved in. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and located in a really nice area. I haven’t had any major problems, which has made living here stress-free and comfortable. The people around the community are very kind and respectful, and overall it feels like a welcoming place to live. I’m happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others looking for a nice and quiet place to stay.

​I genuinely would rate this place a zero. This complex used to be so well-maintained and managed, but it has gone to absolute shit these last few months. ​We have tenants leaving trash in the hallways, causing the area to stink, and people have even pulled guns on each other at the residential pool area. People's items are constantly being stolen, yet whenever camera footage is requested, management claims the cameras don't work. Myself and others have had to buy our own security cameras just to add a layer of peace that should already exist. ​I’ve spoken with other residents who feel the same way, management isn’t doing their job or looking into inquiries properly. We’ve reached a point where we don’t even feel the need to raise concerns anymore because it leads nowhere. It feels like a burden to live here. ​If you are looking for a secure place to live, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Long-term tenants are leaving and their concerns can be found here as well and all they do is say to contact the number and will give you the run around, which should be a major red flag. This used to be a community-based complex with events to bring people together, but that has been nonexistent since new management took over a few months ago.

I have never written a review, but given my experience here, I thought the Battery staff deserved a shout out as they have all been welcoming and friendly. I had a lot of questions and a couple of maintenance issues right after I moved in and Kailah was always prompt in her email response and never seemed annoyed by me. David and his maintenance team have been quick to respond to my maintenance issues and are professional. The team has gotten to know my pup and loves on her whenever they see her. Mykai is diligent in keeping the grounds clean, including picking up after the homeless. Even though the complex is not gated and it is south of the tracks, it feels very safe. I have been here for about 4 months and have had a great experience! Thank you Aubrey, for leading your team well!

My husband and I walked in one day three months ago out of curiosity for this apartment complex. It is in an amazing location yet tucked away from the main roads of the city. Once we walked in we met the amazing Jeremy who accommodated us right away even when he had a scheduled tour soon after. Jeremy was very welcoming and took his time showing us all the beautiful amenities in the complex. We were instantly sold after touring the apartment. Fast forward, we now live at The Battery and it has been nothing less than amazing. It really feels like a community here. Everyone including the mailman, maintenance, Jeremy, Kalyn, and Lauren have all been super helpful, responsive, and very kind. 100% would recommend The Battery to anyone!
