This was my first time living in a high-rise apartment, and everything has truly been first class. Maintenance is friendly and lightning quick, oftentimes coming to resolve issues I submitted the same day. The views are stunning, appliances + finishes are high quality, and lots of actually fun resident events that I wish I could go to more often. What makes this place a cut above the rest, however, is the staff. I have been in numerous situations where I have considered not renewing my lease or ending it early due to personal reasons, nothing to do with AVE. Michael, the Leasing Manager, has been most accommodating and professional to me throughout the entire process – to which I feel like I should get him a bottle of Macallan for all his help. The level of service he and the rest of the AVE team has provided over the last 1.5 years has been second to none.

Living at Ave Phoenix Sky has been nothing short of incredible, and a huge part of that experience is thanks to Michael, the property manager. He’s always available and ready to help with anything, no matter how big or small, making life here so much easier and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents the way Michael does. The property itself is unmatched—packed with amenities that feel like true luxury living. The state-of-the-art gym, ultra-luxury clubhouse, and the rooftop pool with stunning views make it feel like a five-star resort. One of my favorite features is the sky walk, where you can relax with breathtaking views while sipping a cup from the complimentary coffee bar that offers over 15 different brews. And when it’s time to head out, the rentable electric scooters make exploring downtown Phoenix effortless. With hundreds of restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots within walking distance, there’s always something new to discover right outside your door. Thanks to Michael and everything Ave Phoenix Sky offers, living here doesn’t just feel like home—it feels like a lifestyle upgrade.

I just want to give my utmost appreciation to Cierra, who has been nothing short of amazing and helpful throughout my process. She has answered every single question, explained everything in such detail and has already made me feel so much at home. I am moving from Chicago IL & while in my search looking for apartments in AZ, I was genuinely in awe of not only how beautiful Ave PHX Sky was, but how friendly, kind and supportive their staff were. I am very satisfied that I made the decision to become an AVE Resident. As stressful as moving is for anyone, the AVE team really made me feel comfortable with all my questions as I was trying to settle in. Great customer service, beautiful views, spacious units, and a clean community. I would give this community 10 stars if I could

This has been one of my best experiences renting in Arizona. The apartment is great, pretty nice amenities, near a bunch of stuff. What really sells this place is the attention and care the staff place on tenants. My personal experience with Michael has been nothing short of excellent. Great communication and always making sure I’m taken care of. The night security guy is cool and makes the place feel safe at night too. Only minor complaint is getting into the garage but that’s a very very tiny complaint.
