We have lived at Park on Central for 3 years now. Valerie and the entire staff have been extremely accommodating anytime we've needed anything! I would recommend Park on Central to any one looking for a place to call home! The location, price point, and amenities exceed anywhere else we've considered in Central Phoenix ❤️

I moved into Park on Central on March 3rd and have had a great experience so far. Because of my work schedule, it is incredibly difficult for me to get to the leasing office during normal business hours. The fact that the initial rental process could be completed entirely online was a massive plus for me and made the transition seamless. On move-in day, the walkthrough went incredibly smoothly, and I was handed my keys and parking decal without any hassle. Since living here, I haven't run into any billing surprises. Miscellaneous community charges—like community electric and valet trash—have stayed completely stable and consistent month-to-month. To top it off, every single member of the staff I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth, transparent place to live in Phoenix!

Had a great visit at Park on Central today and had the pleasure of speaking with Neida. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the community. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and took the time to have a genuine conversation with us. Great Place to Call Home I’ve been very happy living at Park on Central here in Phoenix. From the day I moved in, the staff made the process simple and stress-free—they were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The property is kept exceptionally clean. Yazmin keeps the lobby and, hallways spotless. The overall upkeep of the grounds, including the pool area, shows that management takes pride in the community...which really makes a difference in feeling comfortable and at home. Location is another big plus—you’re close to the city and have easy access to public transportation, which makes getting around Phoenix a breeze. All in all, Park on Central offers a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live, with a staff that truly cares about residents. Highly recommended!

One of the BEST apartments I have ever lived in and I rented many apartments. I would definitely move there again if I lived back in Arizona!
