Broadstone 7th Street is truly a gem! My husband and I run a mobile coffee cart, and we’ve had the pleasure of serving the residents and staff at several of their community events. Every visit is a great experience. Jenn, the manager, and the entire leasing team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they always make us feel right at home. The residents are equally wonderful, and we can always count on warm conversations and great energy when we pop up. The building itself is well-kept, beautifully maintained, and the amenities are stylish and top-notch. We highly recommend Broadstone 7th Street to anyone looking for a thoughtfully managed community with a team that truly cares!

I moved into The Stewart in March 2025, and now four months in, I can confidently say choosing this building as my new home has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. From the cleanliness of the entire building (elevators, hallways, lobby, pool), to the on-site yoga studio with free weekly classes, to the unbeatable location (right in the heart of Phoenix’s vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene), everything here has exceeded my expectations. The maintenance crew is excellent, and most importantly, the front office staff truly makes this place feel like home. During business hours, even if it means going out of my way, I make a point to come in through the main entrance just to say hi. Alexis, Anaiyah, Kalie, and Jennifer always greet me by name with a smile and something kind to say. They’re genuinely warm, welcoming, and just awesome people. If you’re looking for a place to live in downtown Phoenix, I couldn’t recommend The Stewart more highly!

I have toured the community a few times. Luke, Marla, Aubrey and Jenn do an amazing job. Price of the units are very affordable, amenities space is very comfortable. Maintenance team keeps the community looking great. Located in a great location with much to do!

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while but trust me when I say, Broadstone 7th has the best staff team. Aubrey is truly an angel. They all care about their tenants. The complex itself is so beautiful and has great amenities. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments, but this is the first time I’ve felt at home

If you read most of these reviews you will see a lot of them are from vendors or people who toured the property and never really lived at Broadstone. The whole place has slowly become a money grab. The latest is charging for guest parking in the garage. They want to charge our guests $7 a day. When you tour and sign a lease they highlight the free guest parking in the garage (never mentioning how they might change it) and the other amenities that separate them from their competition. Then one day they decide to change it. I get the feeling residents' feedback isn't taken seriously so hopefully this review will help reverse this decision. And if they decide to do so then great, this review will change and go up.
