We are very happy with our stay. Check in was handled by the lobby staff and they were great. We drove right by the lobby entrance but found our way there. The person checking us in was super friendly and explained all about the amenities. She even walked us to our room to make sure our key fobs worked! The location is great. We walked to a Suns game and several local establishments easily. The apartments here are very nice, we enjoyed using the pool and ping pong table, the lobby coffee, and the cold brew on the 3rd floor. The fitness center and pool looked great, but we didn't use them. This is apartment living. We could hear the people above us walking around from time to time. Parking was easy. We took the staff recommendation to park downstairs in P1 and it worked out well. We will definitely consider staying here next time in Phoenix.

Now that I have lived at AVE Terra for almost a year now, I feel that I can write an honest review regarding my overall experience here. And I’ll start off by saying I have renewed my lease for 18 months. I toured many apartment buildings in downtown Phoenix, Biltmore, Uptown and AVE Terra was by far the most impressive building I toured in all aspects. The amenities— the heated pool and hot tub, the large gym with plenty of equipment, and the lounge areas (with FREE cold brew!) are all top-tier and very well maintained. The package locker system is a great way to have your deliveries properly secured until you are ready to pick them up. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and the building is conveniently located right by the I-10 and it’s just a 10-minute drive to the Phoenix Airport. The building has a very mixed group of folks, from young professionals to families with children, which makes for a very friendly and respectful community. There are never loud parties or music at night (that I can hear of) and even though we are downtown it feels incredibly peaceful, safe and quiet. What makes this building stand out from all the rest is the entire staff. Everyone that works here is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I had the pleasure of touring the building and signing my lease with Maddie Van Dyke. She was very friendly, welcoming, and informative during my touring process. She has also been very responsive to any emails I have sent when I have a question. Clara and Katerina are also very friendly and helpful whenever I see them around the building. I’ve only had to put in a service request for my unit one time and it was addressed within 24 hours by the maintenance team. My overall experience living here has truly been 5-Stars and I highly recommend AVE Terra to anyone who is looking to live in a luxury apartment building in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Look no further!

I highly recommend AVE Terra property in Phoenix. It’s no wonder they received the #1 Apartment Satisfaction Award because of their incredible service of hospitality and outstanding amenities! I have enjoyed a three month stay in a fully furnished luxury apartment and they thought of everything. There is a five Star Gym & Resort pool/clubhouse that I have thoroughly enjoyed. What an incredible stay!

Lived here for 3 years and absolutely adored my experience! My unit was great, the limited maintenance I needed was always done quickly and efficiently. They keep the common spaces very clean and update them as needed. And the girls in the leasing office are so helpful and kind! They were always friendly, remembered my name and would check in with me. Will truly miss living here!! Couldn’t recommend it enough

I have done a lot of research touring apartments in Downtown, and had some not so great experiences. When I toured AVE Terra, I thought it had amazing amentities, spacious and modern units among other great things. As a student, it was a bit out of my range, but after keeping my eye on a unit, I was able to get it at an amazing rate. Do note that I have not moved in yet, because I have a unique circumstance (waiting to hear final decisions from schools) but I can say I will 100% be signing here if my circumstances do not change. Clara, the manager who did my tour and Katarina, the leasing manager went above and beyond to help me find my perfect home, answer all of my questions, and accomodate my situation. I don't usually post reviews but I cannot emphasize enough not only how amazing this property is, but how incredible the staff have been and want others to know!
