Joanna was very helpful throughout the whole process, from the tour and even after my move in. Move in went smooth, and there elevators big enough for my furniture, which is a big plus. Maintenance is also very responsive and quick. Overall the building and amenities are clean and I have so far been enjoying my time living here!

Great location, right next to a lot of interesting food and bars, great access to the rest of downtown. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and friendly, probably the best staff of any apartment complex I have ever lived. Parking is great, secure for residents and away from the elements. It is also easy to get guest passes. Units themselves have good layouts and features, WiFi (done through Cox) was almost always stable. If I didn’t need to live somewhere else, staying would have been an easy decision.

I went and toured this property today and had the pleasure of meeting Brady ! The property was absolutely stunning . The pool area really gives you a resort feel , it was my first time ever witnessing so many residents actually utilizing the amenities. The best part was the rooftop , you get a 360 view of Roosevelt and all the shops and restaurants located along the sideways . In addition to being completely satisfied with the apartment tour I have to give a round of applause to Brady he had a fun energetic energy that was very much appreciated throughout my tour . He was so super professional and welcoming .

I would like to thank Erika for her maximum support / guidance and advices for providing me the best Appartment choice at the Roosevelt Row She was following up with me on all details finding the best option she has and hospitality makes me decide to sign the rent ASAP Angie the process of the office she was showing me all options makes me feel super comfortable giving me alternatives to chose the best view by the pool tho on the phone with me following up on every single step and facilitating my process and proving my account to sign and go through the details step by step Highly skilled / decent / active pro and maximum kindness The best Manager : team to deal with is at the 330 E Rosevelt Row where I felt home from day one I met them Thanks a ton ! I’m pretty sure that they the best ! Highly recommend Best

I absolutely love my new home here at Roosevelt Row Apartments! The entire moving transition was made way less stressful with the help of Joanna and all Staff in the office. They were transparent and communicated effectively to help guide me through and make sure everything was covered. I am so grateful! Thank you for making my move in process as smooth as possible!
