Google Reviews
Sarena Berg 6 months agoI am writing this review to acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Faray Gibson at the front desk. I work in real estate and oversee hospitality and would love to have an employee like him. We employ many wonderful people, but Faray truly takes the cake. From the moment I interacted with him, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. His level of care, efficiency, and positive attitude stood out immediately. It is rare to encounter someone who makes such a strong impression simply by doing their job exceptionally well. Faray is a true asset to your team, and I felt compelled to take the time to recognize him for the excellent service he provides. He truly went above and beyond!
Karisa Bohon a year agoChic studio with kitchen and laundry near ASU, downtown, Roosevelt Row and Metro. Amenities include rooftop pool with beautiful views and BBQ, 8th floor “backyard” patio and fitness center, shared working spaces downstairs. Concierge FaRay (for real!) was super warm, welcoming and helpful. He gives the place heart you just don’t get at a big chain hotel. I enjoyed a lovely yoga class with Lauren during my stay, too.
Ruby Dungan 4 months agoFaRay Gibson is the most amazing person. He has made my time at Sora comfortable and positive. Whenever there are any issues FaRay is the first to help or point you in the right direction. Even if you just need someone to rant to, FaRay is there. FaRay is truly the light at Sora and I know many others feel the same way.
Candice Banks 2 months agoRequested a lease renewal 9 months ago. Since then: ignored emails, missed deadlines they set themselves, no paperwork ever delivered. Meanwhile, a rent payment 2 days late triggers an eviction notice the same week. They are organized and urgent when it benefits them, and conveniently ‘too busy’ when it doesn’t. If you’re considering signing here, ask yourself how that asymmetry will feel when you’re the one who needs something from them.
Samantha McKenna 8 months agoThis property now managed by GreyStar has been a nightmare for our daughter. Filthy unit, no washer and dryer, AC unit not installed. The building is dirty, maintenance is unskilled and so far behind my daughter waited two weeks for a properly working washer and dryer. The employees are standoffish, and at times rude. As for security that's a joke, over night employees asleep at the desk, this property also has Airbnbs and the guests are also disrespectful towards the residents whom pay to live their and expect not to be treated in a manner by people whom don't care. The property reaks of marijuana, the police are at the property so much is frightening, the elevators are constantly broken, same with the lobby door, homeless get into the property at the lack of security doing their jobs. The new Community Manager is beyond unfriendly and pushes residents concerns to the Leasing manager which most of the time goes unresolved. This property is unsafe, dirty, unfriendly staff except Faray he is amazing and the staff could learn from him. And someone needs to do something about the cleanliness of the property, hallways smell like cat and dog urine and feices and especially marijuana and maintenance is also horrible. The staff are negative and miserable looking. Great first impression. GreyStar made so many bad decisions here but justified it by saying budget reasons and right now it shows. A final note, my daughter experienced a horror of a situation where a homeless man was trying to break the lobby glass door to get in and my daughter was trapped in lobby along with security and another employee whom by the way showed incredible heroics in keeping this person out until the police showed up. Shame on the company for repremeninding this employee. GreyStar mistreats loyal employees and finds ways to get rid of them and then chose to keep employees that could careless and complain so much.No matter what changes you make to improve the property it comes down the right staff and right now every employee currently working on that property don't care and it shows. GreyStar needs to rethink getting rid of those employees and either bring back the ones that loved and cherish that community and definitely keep Faray. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
