Where do I start. The security here is not well. People come and go as they please and Amazon packages or packages in general are commonly stolen no matter how much we emphasize not to deliver in the mail room. Appliances are constantly breaking down for Living here has been a mixed experience. The biggest positive is the location, right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, with everything within walking distance, which is super convenient. That said, there are some major downsides. Despite leaving my unit very clean and undamaged, I did not receive my deposit back due to old appliances being replaced, which felt unfair. The rent is also high for the level of upkeep. Elevators are frequently down, causing long wait times, and safety has become a concern with reckless driving in the parking area. Additionally, the newer staff has been noticeably less helpful compared to the previous team, who were much more welcoming. Me and my fiancé use to love this place and felt safe but that is no longer the feeling here. Overall, great location, but the cost and overall experience don’t match.

Living at Skyline is the absolute BEST!! You can’t beat the location. It’s walkable to all the downtown favorites like Chase Field, Roosevelt Row and the Suns Stadium. The staff at Skyline are also seriously amazing! They care about you and remember your name. The community events they throw and extra details like adding floatys to the pool, make living here so much fun! The actual apartments are very cool if you want a downtown city feel! I’ve had no issues since moving in. The AC works great and the bills are low. All my neighbors I’ve gotten to meet are very nice! The maintenance and repair team are always around to help if I had a question. Love love love it here!! :))

Ignacio is a great leasing agent, showed me 3 properties and all the facilities at the apartment complex. Different layout than what I’m use to but very spacious units. I appreciate the time spent on showing me around the apartment complex, for the price this is a steal!!!

After living at Skyline for 2 years, I feel I can finally leave an honest review. I have to say I absolutely love my apartment, the concrete walls and finishes are different than your normal cookie cutter apartment with white walls. I do love that the concrete keeps my apartment cool helping me save in electricity. It also helps alleviate noise coming in from other apartments. After living in many apartment communities I will say this has been the quietist Apartment I have lived in by far. Granted, you may still hear some noise from the street side, but that’s to be expected after all we do live in the city However I’m still impressed. Being a lady I was originally concerned about safety being in the city. However, the Skyline staff Is always on top of it whenever anything occurs and there’s also security patrol available through the night. Overall, everything has been amazing Literally the worst thing That can happen at this property is An elevator goes down here and then which is normal with electronics unfortunately. For the most part, the Skyline staff is quick to get things fixed and corrected as we understand sometimes things happen. Although overall, they keep up with us through email communication. I would love to give a big shout out to Jesus, Robert, Colin, And Samantha For always being there and going above and beyond. As well as the maintenance team for always taking care of my maintenance request quickly. They have even helped with Putting groceries inside my apartment while I was out of town And making sure my packages are secured while I’m away for Business…. Downtown is amazing, first Friday are awesome and the culture is there. Skyline lofts community is exactly the kind of home and environment I was looking to be around and for the price and sqft you can’t find this anywhere down town with management that actually cares. Thanks skyline management you Rock!

I want to highlight TWO very kind, extremely helpful individuals from my experience with Skyline. In general, I can say the teamwork across the board is worth a positive acknowledgement...but JUSTO (on the Maintenance team) and IGGY (on the leasing team) were simply superstars that made my day on a day where I needed it. Kudos to hiring the right staff that not only gets the job done, but also goes above and beyond by simply being kind and pleasant. It goes a very long way :). Thank you so much!
