I just toured this beautiful apartment! Nadine was absolutely wonderful and answered all questions we had. She is so pleasant and kind! She made the process so easy and I really enjoyed this experience with her!

Living at this luxury high-rise has been an absolute dream! My unit is incredibly spacious with stunning city views that never get old. The building amenities are top-tier — from the rooftop pool to the community lounge and gym, everything is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Marina, the building manager, along with Javier and Corey, have all been amazing — attentive, caring, and quick to resolve any concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community they’re creating. One of my favorite parts of living here is the resident events! They’re a great way to meet neighbors and have fun — from bottomless mimosa holiday brunches and gift-wrapping parties to sweet Valentine’s Day giveaways and summer pool party goodies. The sense of community here makes it feel more like home. Highly recommend this building if you're looking for luxury, comfort, and a real sense of belonging in the city!

I have lived @ Skye on 6th for roughly ~5 moths, and the experience has been nothing but phenomenal. The combination of elevated lifestyle, unmatched Phoenix Valley views, amenities and events are simply the best in the area. Let me explain in detail: 1- Location (walking distance to the best that Downtown phoenix has to offer, including restaurants, bars, rooftops, farmers market, thrift stores), while also 10 seconds away from the i-10 Interstate highway (which allows me to commute to my work seamlessly). 2- Amenities (What has surprised me the most about Skye on 6th is not just the quality of the amenities, but the care and cleanliness awarded to such amenities. I go to the gym everyday and see them cleaning every corner of the rooftop, gym, couches, common area, etc. I sometimes work remotely as well and the 7th floor work station is so convenient for group meetings, single cubicle, coffee included as well! 3-Staff (Spectacular team ready to handle any situation. I’ve only submitted one request through the maintenance portal application and within 10 minutes a technician was in my apartment helping me deal with the situation – seamless!). 4- Events (Plenty of cool events to network and meet the neighbors in the building, including door contest decoration, rooftop brunches, painting lessons, with the most attention dedicated to snacks and beverages and building a cooperative community. They even sent me little thank you gits after participating in the events! In a nutshell, this place is honestly top, if you are thinking of Downtown phoenix, look no further, this is the spot.

The only reason why it's not getting five stars is because downtown location parking is a pain having to pay for parking when you're doing work for clients is not ideal. The staff pet friendly enough and are willing to help. Reminder do not live here so I don't know about the other features of this apartment complex.

Having lived in the building for just over a month and a half now, thus far, the experience has lived up to all of my expectations in the best ways. I've loved settling into my apartment, and the building in general. I've taken full advantage of the amenities (pool, gym, sauna, co-working spaces, roof top deck spaces, etc.) - each one of them is a great asset, and a huge value add. I've quickly become the envy of all my friends. Getting to know the staff here has been great too. Everyone is very attentive, and in my opinion, seems committed to making Skye on 6th a great spot to live. I appreciate them! Shoutout to the maintenance team as well. I've submitted two very minor requests since moving in, and each of them was handled and resolved very quickly, with great communication as well.
