Her capabilities suggest she is well on her way to managing her own property within the MG Property organization. The Muse Apartments is a diverse community that includes healthcare professionals, physicians, business owners, and everyday residents. From our observations, the community is largely progressive and college-educated, though there is certainly a mix that includes blue-collar tenants as well. This is not intended to generalize—only to offer an unbiased perspective. In terms of amenities, The Muse is comparable to many of the newer luxury developments across Maricopa County. While newer complexes often add hidden or bundled fees, we believe in transparency, so we have outlined the typical charges residents may encounter: Standard Monthly Costs Rent: (What your fixed monthly lease rent amount) Rental insurance (Damage Waiver Program): $24.00 Valet trash: $25.00 Miscellaneous/Property tax: $12.00 Usage-Based Monthly Fees (varies by consumption) Example only! Water billback: $8.45 Utility tax: $1.68 Trash billback: $3.59 Sewer billback: $7.79 Pest control billback: $0.56 Electricity billback: $19.80 Common area gas: $1.91 Fixed Fees Service fee: $6.00 Common area maintenance: $22.50 In general, residents can expect roughly $135.00 in additional monthly charges beyond their base rent, plus APS electricity. I had my eye on this place for a few months. I toured several other apartments that were labeled luxury but the office staff did not reflect that. I moved from an apartment where the staff was not nice at all and made you feel like an inconvenience anytime you needed anything. When I toured Muse it was on a random day and I had no appt. Dawn made me feel very welcomed and said she was so excited that I stopped in. We toured my apartment I have now and I fell in love. Yes is the valet trash annoying and sometimes miss your door but it’s common at every apt complex in the area. They keep the property looking good and the amenities are nothing short of luxury and are open 24 hours. That was another reason I chose muse. So far I am super happy. The maintenance is fast and easy to get a hold of and Rich and Camille in the office are always smiling and tell me to have a nice day just as I’m passing by to check my mail. Overall this apartment is by far my favorite I have lived at. Ohh and parking is Free! That is so hard to find in downtown Phx. Move here you won’t regret it.

My review is for apt. tour and first meet with Camille Brown at The Muse in mgmt. She was courteous, professional and listened intently to what my budget and needs were in leasing an apt. at The Muse. The grounds of The Muse were exceptional and seemed to fit the name "The Muse". Apt plan I was interested in was also lovely. I went with another complex to do with location being more uptown on Central Avenue in Phoenix instead because of my long lifetime in Central uptown Phoenix (sentimental reason only) and my preferences for shopping and familiarity. But in the world of apts that are presently available to rent in Phoenix, and there are many, I found The Muse a very appealing future apt prospect. And Camille was an excellent first contact and "face" for The Muse.

I love our leasing office staff! They are all so sweet and fun! They host an event every month and we love attending them. Bingo, karaoke, doormat painting, and much more. We have met other residents and made lots of friends. It’s a very welcoming environment! Thank you Mirta, Ricardo, Dawn, and Camille!

I’ve been living at the Muse for 6 months. It’s a great clean and spacious complex with cool amenities. Their maintenance crew is very attentive and any small cosmetic issues have been dealt with quickly. I’m writing this review to thank Joey for helping me after I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. I called in for an emergency maintenance request and he responded immediately and worked with me to resolve the issue.
