I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed my lease with transferring to a new unit. Overall it’s a nice affordable complex and they have recently been making lots of new upgrades to the amenities and services. It’s sometimes difficult getting in contact with the office, however, they usually get back to you pretty quickly, are friendly, and are always ready to answer any questions or address any concerns. My experience with maintenance has been a 10/10, every request I’ve made gets completed quickly and correctly!

I am sharing this review to document my experience for future residents. On my move-out day, a maintenance team entered my apartment while I was temporarily away. When I returned, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing, and some items were left scattered in the unit. I am not making accusations, but I was disappointed by the lack of accountability, transparency, and willingness to help a tenant resolve a serious concern involving personal property. I would strongly recommend future residents clarify maintenance access policies and documentation procedures in advance.

I really appreciate the overall experience of securing my apartment. First impressions were strong across the board, and Laura, my agent, stood out for her initiative and care in helping me move forward with the unit I toured. She, Tonya and the business manager worked well together, which made the process feel supported and collaborative. One area for improvement would be more timely updates and consistent communication, especially when plans change. The initial level of care and courtesy was great, and carrying that throughout would make the experience even stronger. Overall, the team work hard to support me leading up to move-in and maintains a polite and professional experience throughout. ✨

A year ago I would have given 5 stars, but new management took over late last year and the quality of service is night and day. Old management was friendly and super helpful with any issues, new management is about as good as the terrible name they changed the complex to. Someone stole our catalytic converter from the garage in a GATED community, and when I reported to the leasing office, they could not have been less empathetic and didn’t do literally anything about it or offer any sort of reassurance so now I don’t feel safe living here. But they don’t hesitate to chastise and threaten you with fees for things like leaving a valet trash can out for too long. Definitely a noticeable difference in the cleanliness and maintenance of the grounds as well, there are dirty spots on the walkways/garages that have been there for months and overgrown bushes everywhere. In general, the vibe is very callous and uncaring like most leasing companies, just a stark contrast from what was the best leasing experience I’d ever had with the old management. EDIT: I’d like to add that upon moving out, Konrad refused to open the gate near our building as previous management did since there isn’t a spot nearby for a moving truck to reach. Konrad says “it’s a liability to do so” so they won’t do it. Not that they can’t, they won’t. Pretty much says everything about this soulless corporation and how they treat people like assets to be managed and not human beings. DO NOT move here.

Laura was so amazing and patient with us today as we toured this facility. Very nice place and unit. This was the first place we saw people out enjoying the pool. I personally can't do carpet but overall it was a great tour and experience.
