I had a great experience with the maintenance team here at Brix! They responded to my issue very quickly and were extremely friendly and professional throughout the process. A special shoutout to Ray for being especially kind and helpful. He made the whole experience stress-free and fixed the issue efficiently. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Touring here was an absolute pleasure! I got to see the community with Martha & she was so helpful in answering questions, the other agent was super nice when I walked in, offering a water, and I just had a great experience. The prices were pretty good for amenities & location. Though I didn't end up going with this community just for personal reasons, it was definitely top 2 for me & who knows, might be my next apartment!

My partner and I have chosen this property twice because we genuinely love it. Although the parking isn’t ideal, we were aware of that going in. What really made the experience stand out was our leasing agent, Thomas—he’s incredible. We had a small issue during move-in, and he handled it immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and cared for. Highly recommend! ♥️♥️

I recently toured an apartment at Brix Warehouse District with Thomas Skipper, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly informative, answered all of our questions clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was his energy he was by far the most lively and engaging person we’ve toured with, which made a big difference. Thomas took the time to make sure we understood everything and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. If you’re considering touring at Brix Warehouse District, I highly recommend asking for Thomas!
